This duplex features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with an open layout for a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a living room with wall to wall sliding glass doors giving you unobstructed water views. Also on the main floor is two bedrooms, a comfortable master ensuite, and one guest room with a queen bed. Downstairs offers a separate one bedroom, one bathroom with two twin beds and a large carport with plenty of parking.
Spend the day in your backyard, at one of Islamorada's most pristine beaches, or load up the boat with fishing rods and explore all the wonders the Florida Keys waters have to offer. White Marlin is one of the very few sandy beaches in the Upper Keys, it is perfect for snorkeling, putting kayaks in, or just soaking up the sun with sand in your toes. Aside from having a pristine private beach in your backyard, this unit also comes with deepwater protected dockage. The dockage and boat ramp is across the street, only a few steps away from your front door. Dockage is on a first come, first serve basis and the maximum length per boat is 30 ft.
