The Home

Early Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and comfortable. Location was so close to the beach and access is private so we did not have to deal with crowds. Plenty of room for our group of 12. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Wonderful home for a family vacation

We rented this house for our family, kids and grandparents. The place was clean, as described, the pool was wonderful. Location couldn’t have been better. A hundred steps from the most private part of Rosemary Beach with private beach access

Perfect fit

We enjoyed every moment of our trip! The house and pool were divine and there was plenty of space for everyone! The only negatives were some loose door knobs and cabinet hinges which I’m sure are easy to fix!

July 2019 Stay

Our family of 7 adults and 5 young kids had a great time at Serenity Now. The house is beautiful but also very comfortable. The kids loved the third floor retreat. The location is great , a very short walk to the beach and into town. The pool was a nice treat after spending the day on the beach. We will be back!

“Serenity Now” is as lovely as the pictures depict. Our group of thirteen thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this lovely and spacious house. The heated pool was an added bonus on this wonderful girl’s weekend getaway. The kitchen is great-well equipped and up to date. The water pressure in bathrooms is great. The pool was cleaned twice a week. The location is right across from the park, and close to the beach. Our only complaint is that while the house had motorized shades for the windows facing the park, the owners do not allow renters to use them. For people desiring privacy at night, this may be an issue for some. I would recommend this house if people are aware of the shade issue...we have used 30A Luxury vacations several times and will use them again. They always does a great job of being very responsive and helpful. Anytime we had an issue, they responded promptly and had answers to our questions.

Great Location for Families

Property is as advertised. Great neighborhood within walking or biking distance of most stores and restaurants. No check-in before 5pm is the only complaint.

The location of the house itself was great- 2 min to downtown and across the street from beach access, the home was large and comfortable enough for 9 adults and 3 kids, and what small issues we encountered were quickly dealt with by 360. We will book again if we can!

September 2019 Stay

Came to RB for a girls’ trip with old college friends to celebrate milestone birthdays. First the good: house location was excellent, and house was gorgeous. Easy walk to beach, pools, bars and restaurants in RB village. We loved - and lived in!- the kitchen/great room area. Now the disappointing: House was not cleaned/serviced well prior to our arrival. One bath (1st floor) had empty shampoo bottles, used soap and a used toothbrush (!) in the shower, the drain for the master bath tub had been pulled out and was laying on the side of the tub, mildew on walls of master shower, light bulbs burned out throughout house, only fitted sheets on 3rd floor beds (yes, these were “kids” beds but grown women were sleeping up there), we saw cigar remains in potted plants on patio and pool was dirty. We decided to use the community pool but no pool passes had been left (per the instructions in the app, we needed those), we had to call to request delivery. In sum, loved the house but attention to cleaning needed.

We were a group of 3 families and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at Serenity Now. The location and amenities are great! Short walk to the beach, but not too far from stores and restaurants. The service was great, too, when we had a request. The kids enjoyed the pool so much, we didn’t need to go to the public pools. Overall, we highly recommend this house and we want to come back!!!
