Loved the location. Nice safe neighborhood and close enough to many great hikes. Loved the room bed is very comfy. Only suggestion is needs a small air conditioner!
Check in was easy with Erin. Place was clean and had everything we needed.
Only negative was the stairway coming into unit. It was steep and narrow and would not advise for elderly folks with mobility issues.

Thank you John! Hope you had a great time here in Bigfork.
This is a nice little basement apartment with easy private access. Erin was very helpful and responsive. It is possible to walk downtown from here but a little problametic due to crossing busy 35 and limited sidewalks. Grocery store is conveniently located rght across the street. Loved being able to do our laundry. Great stay for what we needed.
My friend and I came to Bigfork to attend Summer Theatre. Easy access to downtown. The apartment seemed close to what was presented online. However, the stairs to the basement were very steep and much deeper than standard stairs. This may be an issue for older folks. The hosts are very nice to work with. All in all, I would rent again.

The property was very nice . The only issue was the stairs to get down to the space .If you have any mobility issues the space isn’t accessible.
Erin was helpful in trying to get us checked in earlier which we so appreciated. The bed was comfortable there was ample room for cooking which we didn’t use. However this place has some things to figure out in our opinion before ready for prime time. As my contractor husband who was staying with me can knit pick about a lot of things we will just leave this: plumbing may need a review and I I did pass this along to the host, there as well seems to be some electrical things such as switches were exposed and holes left and there is the issue of no AC which is advertised that there is none, there is a box fan however. There seems to be only one window in this basement studio which didn’t look like it was operational….it was a hot evening and we had hoped for a little cool down from the day at the nearby festival, but instead it was a hot and humid entrance. It would be great for the owners to invest in a mini split and not being a fan of carpet even in hotels I’d have to say get rid of the carpet. We appreciated our place to lay our heads and the hosts very much these are just some helpful review for future guests and ideas for the hosts to improve their great space.

Thank you for your suggestions, we will keep them in mind for our future guests. There are 2 windows in the unit and one in the hallway, all of which are fully operational to open. The plumbing just needed regular upkeep and that’s been taken care of. We know we’re still working on all our upgrades from how the previous owners left it and have had to slow down on those because of the demand, but there are no safety issues and we try to be very upfront about our amenities. I just wanted to let anyone considering a stay with us to know that you will be safe and cozy here. Thank you!
