Newly renovated 5-star house "Leticija" is located in Kvarner bay in the picturesque village Hreljin. A small, traditional village between sea and mountains offers peace and relaxation. A paradise for a relaxing holiday. In the village there are grocery, butcher, pharmacy cafe - bar and ATM.
10 minutes by car to the sea and 15 minutes to place Fuzine in Gorski Kotar. The beautiful forests around Fuzine and three lakes are ideal for walking, cycling and nature walks.
The house is perfect for nice social evenings with friends or family on the poolside terrace with sea views. The in-house barbecue area to organize a successful barbecue.
The house consists of 2 floors. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, toilet, sauna, fitness room, kl. Laundry.
1st floor accessible via outside and inside spiral staircases: 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and 1 family room (2 separate bedrooms) with bathroom, balcony and terrace with sea view
The on-site parking and garage as well as children's playground are available.

Toller Meerblick, alles komplett neu, fehlt an nichts

Wir waren mit 4 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in der Villa Leticia zu Gast. Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren vor allem von dem wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und die Bucht begeistert und hatten das gar nicht erwartet. Besonders toll ist die Außenküche mit dem offenen Grill. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher und Klimaanlage. Ein Auto ist auf alle Fälle notwendig. Wir bedanken uns bei Niki, der jederzeit erreichbar war und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und vor allem bedanken wir uns für den herzlichen Empfang und die vielen Köstlichkeiten ;-). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My Husband 2 children and Mother and Father in Law and I stayed her for a week at the end of July 2018. The house is lovely with all the facilities you could want. It was quiet and very relaxing we wished we had booked for longer. We would definatley stay here again. Thanks Nik.
