Vacation Cabin Overview

Welcome to a 2,100 sq. ft. vacation rental cabin nestled in the mountains of Ellijay, Georgia. This cabin sits at an elevation of 2,500+ feet in the beautiful, private community of Walnut Mountain.

No matter what type of vacation experience you're looking for, this cabin has it all. Outdoor adventurers can relax on the lower or main level patio and enjoy nature at its finest. Guests can sit in the hanging chairs or unwind in the hot tub while the rustling leaves signal the presence of bears or deer traversing the mountainside.

Inside, the spacious layout of the cabin is immediately apparent. The cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (one on the lower level, one on the main level, the master suite on the top level, and a loft bedroom outside the master suite overlooking the family room).

Additionally, the cabin has a workstation with a computer monitor and high-speed internet access.

For large families, each room is equipped with a smart TV, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite streaming services (note: your personal password is required). A pack-and-play is also available to ensure the baby sleeps soundly at night.

Teenagers who prefer staying up all night can enjoy the game room, which features a pool table, a TV with streaming services, a foosball table, cornhole, and a variety of card games.

For those who don’t want to miss their workout, the cabin offers a Peloton bike, perfect for a relaxing ride at the end of the day, or for taking one of the many available yoga classes.

No matter what you want to do, Nature’s Peak Cabin has it all.

The cabin was great. We spent 4 days there with our adult children and grand children. The layout fit our needs perfectly as each family had their own space with three bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. The host was very attentive to any inquiries that we had and the mountain location was beautiful.

Great weekend getaway

My husband and I and our kids and extended family went for a long weekend. It was my husband’s birthday weekend and we had the best time. Fantastic Cabin & Fantastic Hosts!

Our family of five (with kids ranging from 9 to 15) had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in Ellijay. What truly made this cabin stand out was the thoughtful layout. While the living and dining areas were cozy and intimate, perfect for family connection, the bedrooms were surprisingly spacious, offering everyone their own comfortable retreat.We spent hours of fun together thanks to the fantastic amenities. The pool table and Pac-Man arcade game were a huge hit with everyone! The hot tub was also a major highlight, especially with the lovely touch of tea lights creating a relaxing ambiance on the patio. Evenings were made special with s'mores around the fire pit – a classic cabin experience we all enjoyed.This was our first time staying in a cabin within a gated mountain community, and we were so impressed. All the neighbors we encountered were incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.However, the absolute highlight of our trip was discovering the hidden gem within the community: a stunning lake at the top of the mountain that fed into a breathtaking and secluded waterfall. My wife and son spent over an hour simply enjoying the tranquility of the stream and capturing the beauty of the waterfall. The two benches nearby were a thoughtful touch, and we definitely wished we had found this spot earlier in our stay to enjoy a picnic lunch there.

Great Thanksgiving Retreat

We stayed for the week of thanksgiving and had a blast! The house had everything we needed to cook thanksgiving for 6 adults and 3 kids. We loved that the house was spacious enough to have your own bedroom and bathroom. We will be back to stay and explore ellijay! Big thanks to our hosts!
