Urlaub an der Nordsee

Der Check-in erfolgte nahezu problemlos, auf die notwendigen Unterlagen (Corona) wurde leider nicht im Vorfeld hingewiesen. Das Objekt macht grundsätzlich einen guten und sauberen Eindruck. Jedoch mussten wir im Kinderbett, auf der Tischdecke und-Teppich eine Verunreinigung feststellen. Diese wurden nach einer Reklamation beseitigt. Als das Kind aufgrund von Schlafproblemen vom oberen ins untere Bett (Hochbett) wechseln musste, wurde leider beim Tausch eine Verunreinigung der Matratze durch eine Flüssigkeit festgestellt. Wir haben kein Bettwäschepaket geordert. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind sehr durchgelegen, leider war an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken, da man das Gefühl hatte aus dem Bett zu fallen. Eine Reklamation bei der Vermietungsagentur wurde mit Hinweis auf die Zuständigkeit der Vermieters abgewiegelt. Zu dem fehlte die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche und dies wohl auch schon länger, da ein Schild auf das Schließen der Wohnzimmertür hinwies, da ansonsten der Rauchmelder im Flur ansprechen würde. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ob ich allerdings unter den Rahmenbedingungen nochmal hinfahren würde? Eher nicht…
