Welcome to Birmingham ! This cozy, spacious bungalow is right across from Avondale Park, and close to everything the "Entertainment District",music scene, restaurants, breweries and bars have to offer !

This space is great for vacationing, exploring, a work-from-home alternative and for business travelers working downtown.

This fully-stocked home (which you´ll have all to yourself) is minutes away from downtown, hospitals (UAB, St. Vincents, Children´s hospital) and BHM airport.

Lovely Birmingham Home

This is just the cutest Craftsman-style bungalow primely located in the Avondale area of Birmingham. The lovely Avondale city park is directly across the tree-lined street. You will love the floors, large kitchen, cozy front porch and ample-sized bedrooms. The dart board in the study is a fun addition. We walked to all of our Avondale destinations. Can't wait to return to the area and to stay at this property again.

Nice Home In Great Location

The property is in a great in-town location, with off street parking, close to everything and across from a lovely walking park. The home is updated and very clean. On the down side, though, it features form over function. For example: The bathroom has a fancy sink and mirror – but no towel bars; the kitchen is modern – but has no toaster or ice machine (or ice trays). The second bedroom had no outlets near the bed and no place to put luggage. Lighting is minimal, and mostly overhead. On the plus side, there are ample ceiling fans and lots of room. The front porch is pleasant and cozy. I recommend this property and would stay again.
