A large fully equipped kitchen with pantry and all items needed to cook & entertain family and friends. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, a large walk-in closet with racking and hangers, a large fully renovated master bath with fully stocked linen closet and double vanity sink, and large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and very large closet. The 2nd bathroom is also completely renovated and has a large walk-in shower, just off the hallway with the fully stocked linen closet. The 3rd bedroom offers a brand-new day bed with trundle (both twin size), TV, an office desk set-up with printer, closet with additional new pillows and blankets for use. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, drying racks and ironing board. This unit has tile and carpet, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and WiFi and cable. Enjoy your morning coffee and entertaining on the screened in lanai patio overlooking the pond and 4th hole of the private golf course (walk on from the front door). The 1 car garage has 2 bicycles, 3 sets of golf clubs, 2 new fishing rods, beach chairs, beach toys & surfboards, coolers, towels, and umbrellas for use. The 2-floor atrium lobby is equipped with an electric chair lift.

Steps to the private Aruba pool with large jacuzzi and clubhouse with multiple event rooms, and bathrooms with showers. The 2nd secured gate (operable by remote provided) is steps away as well, making easy access for entering and exiting the community. Walk over to our private onsite beach access for sunrises above the turquoise ocean and views of space shuttle launches.

91-120 days prior to check-in date - $200 or 15% of reservation, whichever is greater*
61-90 days prior to check-in date - 50% of all monies received will be retained*
0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND
*Processing Fees are Non-Refundable

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
25%: Deposit Due at time of booking in order to hold your reservation.
50%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
25%: 60 Days prior to Check-In Balance of Reservation, Cleaning Fee and $500 Refundable Security Deposit
