Villa III: Our "Beach Cottage" has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. You will be located on the third (top) floor in the Villa III cluster, in the 1100 building, with a view overlooking both the golf course, community pool, and a stunning ocean view. This One Bedroom – One Bathroom unit features two queen-sized beds in the bedroom and pull-out couch in living room / kitchen that are fully furnished. This unit is centrally located within the resort and is a short 300-yard walk from a pristine beach.

Take a walk: Within two-minutes, you will find yourself on the beach looking for shells, or swimming in one of our enchanting pools: the main, large heated pool or hot tub attached to the Community Recreational Area and Tiki-Bar poolside, or go out fishing, or windsurfing. Wander around and decide what you want to do: volleyball, Bocce ball, shuffleboard, BBQs, picnic areas by the lakes tennis, basketball, a fitness center, card room, library with Wi-Fi, spa, showers, and sauna. Or just sit on your patio and admire the beauty of the ocean as you overlook the 1st (first) hole of this well-maintained executive course.

Go fly a kite or hook up that new drone and camera you’ve been wanting to try out and enjoy the wide-open space available for you to use. Bring your own bicycles or rent them from Lisa’s Rentals, as you ride around our beautiful resort. Take a ride to Archie's for a bite while listening to music or find yourself in one of the many quaint restaurants on and off the island.

Dining: Whether you are a fabulous cook or you just need a respite from the kitchen, our world is your oyster. Enjoy cooking in our kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, pots, coffee maker, blender, dishes, drinking and wine glasses, and utensils. Our kitchen has an open concept overlooking the living room and the TV. Publix and Winn Dixie, our local grocery stores, are just a quick jaunt down the island. Uber Eats & Door Dash are also available for takeout. If you want something close, head to The Inn, Ocean Village's full-service restaurant, right on the beach (currently closed due to Pandemic).

For your convenience, your washer and dryer are right in your condo and there's no need to bring your hairdryer, iron, or beach towels.

Fort Pierce is often called “Sunrise City”. It offers contemporary shopping, dining, great fishing and a range of entertainment and activities such as the Farmers’ Market, Bike Night, Friday Fest, Jazz Market and the Sunrise Theater for the Performing Arts. Located within a few miles from the water view restaurants of Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, or Stuart, there are plenty of options for ways to fill your days!


South Hutchinson Island: When you rent here, you will find yourself in a quiet, peaceful resort located on South Hutchinson Island about 90 minutes north of West Palm Beach, 2 hours to Disney World, 1/2 hour north of Stuart, 15 minutes from Jensen Beach and 1/2 hour south of Vero Beach. We are located 2 miles south of the northern tip of South Hutchinson Island.

Location: Ocean Village is right in the heart of Florida's Treasure Coast, on South Hutchinson Island. We are located about 2 hours from Walt Disney World in Orlando, an hour from Palm Beach, two hours from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, and two hours from Florida’s Gulf Coast. Ocean Village is located on an unspoiled island which gives residents and visitors an intimate involvement with the sea. The complex is situated east of the A1A directly on the Atlantic Ocean on South Hutchinson Island. It lies adjacent to the city of Fort Pierce and is accessible by crossing the P. P. Cobb Bridge. The wonderful sub-tropical climate truly makes year-round living here a real pleasure.

Golf Information: Our condo overlooks a gorgeous executive nine-hole golf course, with lovely lakes and fountains, meanders through the community and is available to you at any time (for a nominal fee). Please checkout the Ocean Village website to book tee times. Professional instructors are available. For those who prefer more of a challenge, Ocean Village is a fabulous place to enjoy a golf vacation with no less than 20 championship style golf courses (mostly Fazio, Nicklaus and Gary Player designed) all within a 40-minute drive. Prices range from $15 to $35 for 18 holes with a cart during the off-season. In-season prices are about double. All of these courses are open to the public. Many of them offer 'daily fee' golf (play-all-day) during certain days of the week or times of the year. Additionally, most of these courses will not penalize you for a cart fee if you show up by yourself or with an odd number of golfers. Take it from us, the worst of these golf courses are probably a whole lot nicer than any of the community or municipal courses that you play back home.
Tennis: Ocean Village provides 10 quality tennis courts. The Tennis Center, with has four NEW hydro-court subsurface clay courts, also offers professional instruction, fun-filled leagues and competitive tournaments.

Fishing: The beach at Ocean Village is a great place to surf fish for Bluefish, Pompano and other species all year round. Also, there is excellent fishing at the South Jetty at Fort Pierce Inlet. The PP Cobb Bridge which connects S. Hutchinson Island with the town of Fort Pierce also has 2 catwalks which offer excellent Indian River fishing as well. There is also great fishing 10 minutes north on the Little Jim Bridge on the causeway to North Hutchinson Island.

Grapefruit League Baseball: Grapefruit League Baseball Ocean Village is within a half hour drive of the LA Dodgers (Vero Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps...In addition, once spring training ends in early April, the minor league affiliates of both teams (Vero Beach Dodgers & St. Lucie Mets) play a full season of Class A Florida League baseball at these same sites from April to mid-September. Most of these minor league games are played at night and are very inexpensive. You can find discount coupons for many of the Mets games in many convenience stores and in the local newspapers. Although you've probably never heard of most of the players, it's a very enjoyable way to spend an afternoon or evening.

Nature Watching: The untouched natural area south of the village is exciting to explore via a series of numerous County parks. Along with the delightful ocean breeze, you will might find yourself looking forward to seeing a host of different types of wildlife: birds, turtles, fish (for catching as well). Check out Bath Tub Reef and the Turtle Refuge House at the south end of the island.

Transportation: A car is strongly suggested; Uber or taxi cabs are also readily available options.
