It features a main living area with a smart TV so you have a place to relax and unwind; a kitchen with granite countertops, full size appliances, dishes, cookware and island seating; a cozy bedroom with an adjustable king bed and another smart TV; and a recently remodeled bathroom in soothing neutral colors including a shower with pebble tile floor. The sofa bed in the living room pulls out for additional sleeping space if needed. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and super cool AC (heat also available). There is an extra vanity just outside the bathroom so you can both be getting ready at the same time. Leave storage room key on hooks inside the entrance where you found it along with all wristbands. $30 extra charge per missing item.

Hi! I'm Paula, originally from Louisville, KY. The beach has always called me and now I feel so fortunate to have this beach condo and share that experience with others. Ocean Village is a unique community with many resort-style amenities in addition to a beach that is less crowded than many coastal communities. I hope you will treasure your time here as I do.
Why they chose this property
The less-crowded beach is the main draw, but Ocean Village is a one-of-a- kind community with so many activities that you can spend all of your time here. There are also restaurants and shops within a couple miles if you want to venture out, and the popular 2nd Street area is a 15 minute drive for even more places to shop, eat and drink.
What makes this property unique
This property already had a great rental history with high ratings when I bought it recently. Since purchasing it, I have redone the shower to give it a more upscale look. I also replaced the bedding to give it a fresh feel. The person who cleans my property is a true professional who takes her job very seriously so you can be confident the place will be safe and sanitary. This is not just a business for me. It is my home away from home. I want every guest to feel at home here too. My goal is to provide you with 5-star service and make this the place you return to every year!
