Vacation rental in the Ötztal with sauna – vacation at an organic & horse farm

Our apartment house & organic farm "the Veitenhof" is located in Tyrol / Ötztal on the sunny plateau Niederthai at 1550m above sea level.

This apartment has 1 master bedroom, a spacious living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen, shower / WC, safe, massage roller, satellite TV and terrace.

We offer you a wellness area with panorama sauna, infrared cabin, Kneipp basin, tea bar and a rest room of stone pine with panoramic view on the Ötztaler mountains, a garden lounge with barbecue corner and sun terrace, a big children playground, - room, a fitness room, a shoe, - and drying room with washing machine , a Kneipp pool with barefoot path, petting zoo, a garden where our guests are welcome to use, a large lounge with kitchen (about 25 people), a riding arena and free to borrow - bicycles, sledding and snowshoes, hiking utensils such. Buggy, children's cranes, hiking poles etc.

You are welcome to use our organic bread roll service, our small organic shop, our fully automatic coffee machine, and our water dispenser (available daily).

Pets are allowed upon request.

From spring through fall, we offer horseback riding lessons and trail rides; carriage rides and our petting zoo are available year-round.

In winter, our guests receive the Niederthai Card - so all snow sports are free for our guests!
Ski lifts, cross-country ski trail, 1 x cross-country taster course, 1 x biathlon, snowshoe hike, lanterns or torchlight hike to the illuminated waterfall, a guided tour through the village smithy and the ski bus through the whole Ötztal valley.
