Apartment Surf in the Baltic Sea Domizil Sandburg

In the center of Kühlungsborn-West and right on the city forest is located on a large plot of our holiday home "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg".

The Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg consists of the house with a reception, a small fitness room and our separate sauna house, so that our guests can also make an uncomfortable Baltic Sea day with a lot of warmth. In our garden, all guests can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun.

In our domicile are in the beautiful old building 4 apartments, the two EC apartments each have a terrace, the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a large balcony.

In the summer of 2018 we opened our new building with 5 apartments. Here is also our daily open reception and a lift, with which our guests can easily reach all apartments of old and new buildings.

All apartments are equipped with high quality, all bedrooms have a modern, internet-enabled TV, the rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. In the new building, all apartments have modern, walk-in overhead showers and underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is self-evident in all apartments.

Our Baltic Sea apartment "surf" for 2 to 4 people is located on the ground floor of the Baltic Sea Sandburg, our renovated old building with the typical, high ceilings and generous floor plan.

From the separate, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery, there are only a few steps in the light-filled conservatory with dining area and adjoining terrace.

From the separate entrance with cloakroom you get into the spacious bathroom with shower and in an additional pantry.

Flat screen and Wi-Fi, of course, belong to the apartment equipment, such as a beautiful bedroom with double bed.

Your car can park safely and protected on the adjacent property from 2019 on the belonging to the apartment car parking garage from 2019.
