Wir waren zu viert, die Wohnung hat genug Platzfür uns gehabt. Es war alles vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

Gutes Domizil nah am Strand

Schöne Wohnung in einer kleinen Anlage mit Tiefgarage. Fußläufig zum Strand, allen Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok. einziger Kritikpunkt: es war kein Spülmittel und keine Haushaltsrolle vorhanden.

5 Tage Urlaub Kühlungsborn

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Der kleine Gartenteil mit Sitzmöbeln und Strandkorb spricht an. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten trotzdem ein paar schöne Tage. Froh waren wir, das die Bauarbeiten nur die letzten 2 Tage zu hören waren. Gut wäre es gewesen , wenn man darauf hingewiesen hätte.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage in Kühlungsborn

Das Apartment liegt in der Hermannstraße ca. 400m direkt zum Strand, auf dem Weg dahin Lidl, Netto, Boutiquen, Irish etc. alles top, hinter dem Haus der große Stadtwald mit tollen Jogginglaufstrecken. Der Eincheck und die Betreuung der Dame an der Rezeption waren all die Tage einwandfrei. Die Wohnung haben wir sauber vorgefunden und war für uns 4 ausreichend (60qm), allerdings kann ich mir eine Belegung der Wohnung mit 6 Personen nur mit Schmerzen vorstellen, da dann doch sehr eng, zudem würden bei Teller- und Geschirrmengen da doch der ein oder andere zu kurz kommen :-) -Der Bereich der Terrasse und den Strandkorb im Garten haben wir oft genutzt, wir fühlten uns auch nicht beobachtet, obwohl er am Laufweg durch die Anlage lag. Fitnessbereich laut meiner Tochter völlig ausreichend (3 Geräte). Was nicht ganz so klasse war der Lärm der Bauarbeiten insbesondere früh morgens bei der Nachbarapartmentanlage, aber da haben wir wohl einfach nur Pech gehabt.
