Beautiful condo. Huge balcony overlooking ocean perfectly positioned to not get any sun coming in. Nice furnishings, very clean. Highly recommend.

Great family getaway

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the condo and the entire place! Even though the main outdoor pool was closed due to hurricane damage, there was plenty to do between the game/arcade room, the indoor pool, the lazy river, the beach, and the town! We love diamond beach and plan to book this same room again next year.

Beautiful property. Enjoyed the winding river pool and main pool. Easy access to beach. Enjoyed a hosted bonfire which was fabulous. A safe luxurious place for a girls getaway. View of ocean was stunning. We will be back!

beautiful property. Wish we had been told about coffee in the chrck in area when we checked it. Did not know about it until check out. Fitted sheets on the matress would be nice and stay in place better than the flat sheet tucked in.

Very nice, clean, good, safe area

This condo was clean, had an easy check in and out process, safe area with so many amenities, and a great view. I loved that we didn’t have to cross any roads to get to the beach. A couple cons: the master bed was incredibly tall so much so it was comically hard to get into. There was only one trash bag and no coffee filters. For that expense I guess I was expecting at least a few trash bags for that rate along with length of time we were staying. Overall it was good though.

Very good overall

We have stayed at this same condo before in a different unit. We love the facilities with great outdoor pool and lazy river, game room, and good gym. This unit was slightly smaller than others and there was no breakfast nook or dining table. There were 3 stools at the kitchen island. This was a nice place overall with some cool art and it was clean. The negatives were: no hand soap, 1 butter knife total, limited on dishes, lack of dining table, and the bed was not very comfortable. I would take inventory of kitchen utensils and dishes as there were a few things seemingly missing. We could have given a 4 star rating, but this unit was priced lower than others on site.

Beautiful view from Condo

The view from this 7th floor condo is beautiful! The condo was very nice. The a/c was not operating properly when we arrived, but Ryson Properties responded quickly and an a/c technician arrived to add more coolant to the a/c. No a/c issues after that. The sliding glass door leading to the patio doesn't lock, but being on the 7th floor, we weren't concerned that someone would scale the outer wall to get in! LOL! Note to renters of this unit: be sure to bring condiments (salt & pepper, etc.) if you're going to cook as none are provided. Nice condo overall and we enjoyed our time.

Stay in 707 was a disappointment.

-No broom -No vacuum -carpet is sticky with crumbs all over - Washer leaked water badly - Dryer would not dry, vent plugged up and heated the condo -AC unit (needs service according to t-Stat) -Guest bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly -Guest bathroom shower handle barely hanging on -Low water pressure in small bathroom -the place was barely stocked.. not enough of anything for 4 plus people… only one dish cloth, not enough dishes per person(1 wine glass, 2 champagne glasses, 3 working coffee cups), no coffee, barely any kitchen supplies. -not enough seating in living room for the amount of people staying here, 2 chairs, small couch and 3 barstools -living room fan only works on low setting -no pool first 3 days -remote and tv in living room barely works ****WE HAVE STAYED HERE IN OTHER UNITS WITH ZERO ISSUES!***

We enjoyed our first trip to Galveston and staying at the Pelican Pass! It was clean and had pretty view of the gulf. The only thing was communication with questions. It would take two days to get questions answered. Also incorrect info was given. I was told no beach access and no tubes. But tubes are available by the condo property and there is beach access behind the lazy river. Not major issues but we bought tubes and didn’t think we’d get access unless we drove to the beach. Overall great stay and I would come back.

RELAXATION!!!

Diamond Beach is an awesome place to get away from the big city and relax. The amenities are amazing. The condo was stocked and felt like home. I have been coming for ten years and I will be back again. Can’t beat it anywhere within 300 miles. Would highly recommend you take your vacation here.
