Size and condition worked well for us. I wish there would have been some information on thing like where the pool is located. We first went to the wrong pool and then found the one for our building. Places to eat information and rent ski equipment. We would use this condo again.

Wonderful condo and location.

Condo was very nice and would definitely stay again. Close to Keystone and a few miles from Arapahoe Basin where my family skied. The walking/ bike trail is right behind the condo and is a beautiful trail.

Great place to stay. Very clean. We made use of the kitchen and grill everyday. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom, which is great when you're traveling with teenagers. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was outstanding will stay here again. This place is close to everything. Keystone minutes away shuttle literally right out the back door. Abasin 10 minutes away and copper MtN 20 rode all three resorts in three days love this. Super family friendly as well.

Beautiful vacation

My group really enjoyed our stay here. This was a girls trip for my mom’s birthday, and it was the perfect amount of space for the four of us. I have stayed in this area many times while visiting Colorado, and this location is perfect. It would be nice to have an outdoor hot tub in this area, but we still very much enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were great and the check in was a breeze. Thank you!

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located for our group of four adults and two small children. The two bedrooms are on two floors and are separated from the common area. The condo is located close to skiing and shopping. A couple of issues stem from unclear communication--this property is advertised as "Fantastic escape near the slopes with mtn views, shared pool/hot tub, & balcony" but we couldn't access the pool with either the locker keys or keypad code. It seems like this is outdated info and made for false advertising. There was also little info provided about the property and condo itself, particularly parking and checkout, which was only provided after I contacted the Vacasa helpline. They were, however, helpful.

Do not book your stay with Vacasa

Me and my group did not have a good experience with Vacasa. The home looked very nice but it’s old and some of the things don’t work properly. The dishwasher did not work, tubs were clogged, there was a leak under the kitchen sink because of which the maintenance has to install a dehumidifier the team had entered the house without any prior notice or permission. They dehumidifier was also really loud and inconvenient as it had to be on 24*7 during our stay. We reported the problem but no one from vacasa team took and action. I would recommend you to NOT stay!

Great location for Keystone

this was a great deal for the price and location. although we drove to the keystone resort, there was a shuttle that can take you directly to the resort. the space was plenty to accommodate our family. loved that it had 2 separate and spacious bathrooms. kitchen space was nice and sufficiently stocked but needed an extra pot or more for cooking (plenty of pans though). we had a locker at the entrance to store our snow gear so that we wouldn't have to drag it into the house, which was great. only a few complaints -- there was a odor present when we initially arrived that appeared to be coming from the sink/disposal. they came out to look at it the next day and the stench was mostly gone. would also recommend extra blankets for those sleeping on the couch. we only found 1 thin blanket and a bed sheet which isn't sufficient for the winter. the lighting is very dim, a lot of the bulbs were out and needed replacing. also there were no clear instructions on how to turn on the external/floor heating in the main area. we had to call someone because it was so cold.

Incredible from start to finish!

We were super impressed with this gorgeous condo/apartment! Everything was exactly as the pictures shows, tons of natural light, gorgeous views, tiny walk to the indoor (HUGE!) pool which also offered a large hot tub and outdoor deck overlooking the pond. The pool house was always very clean and water was warm! Kids LOVED it there! Towels and a sauna also! As far as the condo, perfect set up and layout! The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, tons of windows, a connected bathroom that was also usable from the living area. Bed was super comfy! The kitchen was very updated and cozy! The living room had a large dining area and super cozy sectional with wood burning fireplace! (They provided tons of wood!) we had a fire nearly every night. The private balcony off of the living room has a beautiful view as well as the large running stream running outside which is a beautiful sound!!! Upstairs was a second full bathroom, also lots of windows and full over full bunk beds! Everything you would need was provided as well as so many thoughtful extras!! Tons of linens, blankets, games, books etc. We loved every moment of staying here and it felt like home. It was also very clean!! The location was PERFECT! So close to Dillon and Breckenridge which are absolutely gorgeous also! We saw moose, deer, and a ram! We will 100% be back! The ONE con I can think of is no elevator and condo is on the 3rd floor which was totally ok for us but may not be for others! ❤️

Horrible Vacasa trip manager Troy.

We arrived Thursday, 4/4/24 around 4:30 pm. We had no problem getting in. The property itself was great. Our trip manager through Vacasa, was not. Went to grill steaks around 5:30 on provided grill. It was out of propane. Troy our Vacasa trip manager, said to go get a new tank and they'd reimburse us. We just traveled 9 hours, I wasn't about to spend an additional 45 minutes tracking down and picking up a propane tank that should have already been checked and full. He did deliver one the next afternoon. We had no pool access card to get into the pool and hot tub. Troy said he'd get us one, he never did. I asked Troy where the firewood was as it got to 16 degrees on Saturday. He said it was in the shed next to the dumpster. There was a combo lock on the shed, and Troy was unaware of this and had no clue. Again, he told me to go buy some wood and he'd reimburse me. At this point I had wasted nearly an hour so I went and bought some, as my son & I wanted a fire. I still haven't seen my reimbursement. I texted Troy asking about it, with zero response. The unit itself was amazing. The value was great. Unfortunately, all overshadowed by the inept trip manager assigned to oversee our stay. The owners need to find a new company or a new manager to look after their guest.

Negligent Vacasa Customer Service and Safety Hazards

This unit showed a lot of promise, but the issues continued to pile up throughout our stay. The largest problem was that about half of the kitchen tile was missing leaving exposed uneven concrete. It looked like someone had come in and started ripping out tile and then smashing the floor slab below, leaving a sharp, uneven surface with multiple safety concerns. We brought this problem to Vacasa as soon as we arrived, and they repeatedly told us there was nothing they could do about it. They didn’t offer to temporarily patch the floor to eliminate the trip-hazard or attempt to find an alternate accommodation. We tripped on the loose tile any time we were in the kitchen and had to keep our shoes on while cooking. If were weren’t careful we would’ve rolled an ankle easily. Additionally, the dishwasher didn’t work at all, so we were hand washing dishes while standing on the rough, uneven floor. A few smaller issues arose throughout our stay, including the tv remotes not having batteries and lightbulbs being burnt out. Additionally the hardware on the building’s exterior door was dysfunction so the front door was always left open (another safety concern). While some of these issues would have been overlooked on their own, they added to our frustration and made for an overall negative experience. The most frustrating part of our experience was the unprofessional communication with vacasa and their unwillingness to do anything to improve the safety of the property or reimburse us fo
