You’re minutes from hiking, golf, river rafting, and lake activities, with cross-country and downhill skiing taking over in winter. Restaurants, bars, beaches and local entertainment within walking distance.

Inside, unwind with two comfy queen beds and a TV with streaming. A mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and breakfast bar make mornings easy, while the walk-in shower is perfect after a day on the lake or slopes.

Two issues

The room was smal but clean. Everything was good except the stairs to the room was icy and heater was noisy and stopped working second night. The room temperature dropped to 16C even if it was set to 23C and even if i raised it to 37C (max) it didn't start.

This unit faces highway 28. It’s very noisy. Also very hot & stuffy. No screen on one window so couldn’t leave open for air but too loud anyhow. Wifi stopped working. No sugar or stir sticks for coffee. And to top it off we were shaken up in the morning by aggressive maintenance worker trying to enter our unit stating “we did not have a reservation”. He scared both my teenager daughter & myself. No apology either.

Don’t stay here!

This unit looks good initially but once we were there for a few minutes we realized it DOES NOT HAVE AN AIR CONDITIONER! The room was about 90+ degrees when we arrived. Unit #1 faces the street on the west side of the building which is the hottest around 3-7 pm when we arrived because we weren’t allowed to check in until 4pm which is a little late compared to other places we’ve stayed. We tried to open the windows and turn on the fan to cool it down but quickly noticed there was no screen on the front window! (Which by the way is against CA building code). The “black out curtains” would’ve probably helped keep it a little cooler but they were way too small for both of the windows, and didn’t even close all the way without leaving gaps around the outer edges or in the middle!!…pick one. Literally people walking by could see inside the windows while we were dressing! Also this is the end unit by the street and with the windows open, the traffic flying by was SO LOUD that we could barely hear each other speaking!! Since it was SO hot in the room we had to leave the windows open to sleep, but then also quickly realized it was way too loud to watch TV or even sleep!! So both nights we barely slept at all!! We tried to watch TV before going to bed but we had to have the volume so high we were afraid the neighbors next to us were going to complain. The room was $600.00 for a 2 night stay which was pretty much highway robbery for what we got!! It was listed as 206 per night but then somehow racked up another 200 bucks in “taxes and fees” before I checked out online. Also in the shower there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers which seemed cool, until we realized they were EMPTY! They did leave a tiny basket of tiny tubes of shampoo and conditioner but it certainly wasn’t enough for 4 guests for 2 days! The linens and towels were clean but the beds were hard foam and not very comfortable at all! There were big black ants that randomly kept crawling around the floor and we couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. When my son was on the floor he noticed a couple old empty water bottles and used tissues under both the beds from previous guests I assume. The icing on the cake was we had to check out by 10am. I’m my experience that is pretty early compared to the standard 11am or 12pm but they were nice enough to offer a late checkout, IF WE WANTED TO PAY EXTRA! Needless to say, we won’t stay at this property again!

We were very happy with the accommodations Super clean and beds comfortable It was a little cold in the morning especially in the bathroom. The little heater didn't quite get the warm heat into the bathroom. A hair dryer would have been nice to have. There were dishes, glasses,and cups, but no eating utensils, that would have been helpful Thank You for a delightful stay!
