About this property

Historical villa - modern holiday apartment! A skillfully designed apartment awaits you on the first floor of the house and offers space for 2 adults and 1 infant (up to 3 years) in a travel bed. The light-flooded living area with fireplace and a view of the spacious southwest balcony invites you to relax. The adjoining kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. In the bedroom with double bed (1,80m x 2m) you will find a second Flat-TV. This is complemented by the bathroom with shower and WC. A child travel bed can be placed in this apartment only in the living area. On request, we can provide a children's travel bed (without additional mattress & bedding) and a high chair for our little guests. For your comfort, the beds are covered on arrival and towels are provided.
There is a parking space for each holiday apartment. In the cellar of the house a washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. The WLAN network in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Soweit gut. Kamin ja-aber kein Brennmaterial Stühle auf dem Balkon ja-aber kein Sitzkissen Es müsste , um den guten Standard zu halten, dann eben auch mal was gemacht werden. z.B. Silikon Dusche außen, Halterung für Seifenspender reparieren oder demontieren, Einige Bodenfließen im Bad werden sich bald lösen…

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.Gerne wieder.

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Schlüsselübergabe war gut gelöst und hat gut geklappt. Das Aussenlicht am Balkon ging nicht, wird aber hoffentlich nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer bald repariert.
