We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the kitchen equipment. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review our kitchen inventory to ensure it is better equipped.
Regarding the pool towels, we understand the importance of having them available. As our building is not a hotel or resort, pool towels are only provided if the condo owner supplies them. However, we appreciate your suggestion and will pass it along to the owner for consideration.
