The approximately 70 square meters apartment can accommodate two people and is located on the first floor. The apartment consists of a living room and a bedroom, a small kitchen (pantry kitchen), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious living room is equipped with a cozy sitting area, dining area and a tiled stove. A furnished terrace (barbecue available on request) is available directly at the house.
The two apartments (on the first and second floor) are located in the house of the landlord, only 350 meters from the fine Baltic Sea beach of the seaside resort Heringsdorf away. Shopping possibilities can be reached in only 5-10 minutes. As an alternative means of transport to your car, you can reach the train and bus station Heringsdorf in 5 minutes, as a parking for the car is a carport in the yard.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
