2200 square feet. Directly on the river with seasonal dock. 1/2 acre grassed backyard with a firepit, 2 private decks with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. 3 large common, fully stocked and equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 3 king size beds. 2 Full bathrooms and a full laundry facility with detergents provided. Outdoor patio area with seating for up to 12 and 2 private river view decks with seating for up to 12. There is a fire pit but we do not provide wood, this can be purchased from local grocery stores. 20 steps to the front door and 50 steps to the river dock. Great holiday!

Excellent property for a family holiday get together. Great kitchen for food preparation, fun game room for entertainment, plenty of TVs to watch the games. Highly recommend.

Great house for a family!

A nice clean house in a nice quite neighborhood. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the kids enjoyed the game room. Close to the zoo. Would recommend to others!

Great for families

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We all had plenty of room to relax: sit on the back porch, watch one of the many tvs, play games in the basement. The kitchen is well equipped with tableware, cookware, a blender, oven, microwave, coffee/tea bar. You just need to bring your own groceries and seasonings (salt and pepper). The sleepnumber beds are comfy and the bathroom had plenty of new towels. We would definitely stay here again!
