House was clean and well stocked with essentials. We were in town for a wedding, and the house was perfect for our group of travelers. Three king beds were a treat!

Very impressed by the size of the home. Lots of space. The home was spotless when we got there. We were in town for a family wedding and had 6 people at the house for overnight. In between the wedding and the reception we had some other family members over and we had plenty of space for them to hang out inside and outside. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the view in the back yard was great. However, the beds were not very comfortable and the host could have been a little nicer when the air conditioning went out.

I apologize if my previous communication regarding the issue seemed abrupt; It was an emergency and I thought I was being proactive resolving the issue. My intention was to keep you informed. I will ensure a more professional tone moving forward. Regarding the accommodations, please note that the beds are Sleep Number models, which can be adjusted to your specific preference and comfort level. Hope to see you again in the future.

The property was gorgeous, and well stocked/maintained. We weren’t expecting all the stairs to gain access to the house, but the view of the river was worth it. Would absolutely visit again.

On the river

This was by far the nicest VRBO property we have ever stayed at. So clean, well cared for and it had every supply and amenity you could need. The views out the windows were beautiful. Family uses this while at UT for graduation and we will definitely be back if we need somewhere with lots of space.
