Our apartment "Meeresrauschen" offers on a floor space of 73 m² a bedroom with a double bed, two living rooms and kitchen and the bathroom with shower and toilet.  To this FW also includes a cozy conservatory

Diese helle Wohnung liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone und ist trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. Kurze Wege zu Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Hafen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig, es fehlt an nichts. Ich kann sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Irreführendes Inserat

Übergabe mit Frau Drojin sehr, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Leider passen die Fotos des Inserates mit Balkon mit Info „Blick auf Schlei“ nicht zur FeWo. Es gab leider keinen Balkon und Schlafzimmer hatte kein direktes Fenster zum lüften. Bei über 30 Grad Temperatur schwer auszuhalten. Von daher leider Punkteabzug unsererseits.

Die Abwicklung, die Schlüsselübergabe war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür! Wenn man die absolute Ruhe sucht, mag die Wohnung je nach Nachbarschaft etwas zu hellhörig sein.

Wir fanden eine nobel eingerichtete Whg vor, pikobello sauber, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort arbeitet gleich nebenan in der Bücherei und hat uns sehr freundlich unterstützt( danke Ute)

Ein Wohlfühlort

Wir kamen in eine großzügig eigerichtete und gepflegte Wohnung, in sehr zentraler Lage der Einkaufsstraße von Kappeln. Dieses hatte den so nicht erwarteten Vorteil, dass es nachts außerordentlich ruhig war. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
