Umdloti is a beautiful little holiday and fishermen village situated 10 minutes from Durban Airport. The apartment is situated on the beach, on the East Coast of KZN overlooking the Indian Ocean. Sorgente has its own 24-hour security and the apartment has 2 parking bays, one basement undercover, and one open bay parking 3 meters from your front door.

The swimming beaches and tidal pool area are well managed by a team of professional Lifesavers. A Surfers Paradise with 6 Excellent restaurants, coffee shops, a fresh "Farm to Fork Deli", The Bush Tavern Bar, a Spar, and 2 bottle stores all within walking distance of The Apartment Ballito Lifestyle Centre and Gateways Shopping center are only 15 Kms away.
