Ocean Lakes 2BR/2BA Beach House with Complementary Golf Cart

Book “Nave's Nest” at site 8006 Old Kings Rd. for a fun family beach vacation in Ocean Lakes Campground.

This raised beach house has 2 bedrooms (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and small loveseat sofa, sleeps 5 total), 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The king and queen bed has a Mlily Fusion Luxe mattress. It has hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The laundry closet comes with a full side by side washer and dryer. This house has a larger deck with many seating options for you and your family to enjoy morning coffee, entertainment, and outdoor meals! This home is located on a quiet street which offers added safety for you and your children. Great for riding bikes and playing ball. For your parking needs, you will have 2 covered parking spots with covered steps leading up to the front door. You must provide your own paper products, toiletries, kitchen condiments, soaps, and detergents. Linens will be provided with the cleaning fee @ $215.00.

(Ocean Lakes requires a $12 per day parking fee for each vehicle. This will need to be paid directly though Ocean Lakes before entering the campground.)

*We do not allow trailers to be stored at the beach house, they must be parked in the trailer storage area (additional fees do apply with Ocean Lakes)

The beach house comes with a complementary golf cart (seats 4), free wifi internet, smart tv's in every room with basic cable, and a gas grill for your enjoyment.

Due to personal liability, we DO NOT allow anyone under the age of 21 to drive the complementary golf cart under any circumstances!

We do NOT allow pets or animals of any type. This is for allergy purposes and there are NO exceptions!

Summer: (Memorial Day through Labor Day) Saturday-Saturday rentals. 7 night minimum. NO EXCEPTIONS during these dates!

Our property is under outdoor video surveillance 24/7 with 3 cameras on the property.

This is a family oriented home. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home and remain at the home throughout the entire stay Ocean Lakes Family Campground offers beach access, indoor and an outdoor pool, magnificent new water park, playground, two snack bars, basketball courts, miniature golf, volleyball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, arcade, grocery store, 24 hour security and wireless internet connection within the camp. ground and at the Meet-n-Eat.

Perfect Family Getaway with Amazing Host!

We had an amazing stay at this beach property in Ocean Lakes! The host was absolutely the best at communicating, making everything so easy. The property itself was perfect for our family — clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. We also loved having the complimentary golf cart to get around! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our stay! We always love ocean lakes but Kayla made it so easy! Traveling with a baby is never easy but she had so many things we needed for our baby and even our older kids. Also, her house was the cleanest I’ve stayed in.

Beach getaway

This house was a perfect fit for my wife and I. Had all the features of home, only at the beach. The golf cart being included was a wonderful addition as we love to spend time just riding around the campground. Overall we just had a great time, the owners were easy to reach and responded quickly, they made the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend, will stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family. Just the amount of room we needed. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Having a golf cart was nice and essential, since this home is further away from the ocean. Kayla was a pleasure to communicate with! Ocean Lakes never disappoints!!

House was very clean. Good amenities. We have stayed at Ocean Lakes many times and we love it here. The house was great. They had chairs for the beach and a cart. It was nice having the extras. The cleaning came as a surprise because we paid a cleaning fee. Not that we would have left a mess but I didn’t expect to have to clean the toilets. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Family getaway!

The property was perfect for our family of 4. The house had everything we needed and everything was just a short golf cart ride away. The only thing is the parking spaces under the house are very tight. We drove a Toyota tundra and just barely fit. Centimeters to spare before hitting the wooden beams. Not a problem just made parking interesting. Otherwise perfect house and very easy to communicate with owners.

Nice home in ocean lakes

Overall it was a very nice place to stay. Lots of outside places to hangout. ocean lakes in general is just the place to be during the summer it’s so much fun we come a couple times every year and have always rented different houses. The only thing I will make a comment about that was something I wasn’t used to was having to vacuum, mop, clean the toilets etc before leaving. I’ve never had to do that at any other place I’ve stayed before and it’s already hard enough to checkout on time as it is without having to clean the whole house too. (More rules than I am used to having at a house I’ve stayed) but it was a good find for our price range and the time we wanted to stay that included a golf cart which is a must.

Perfect stay!

We have stayed in many houses in Ocean Lakes over the years, and we have our "regular" houses that we love to repeat stay in! However, this year when it came time for the Showstopper Dance Competition, we compete at each year, we waited too late to book at our regular houses. BUT, I think we have found a NEW regular! This house was PERFECT for a long weekend for our little family of 3! The golf cart was an awesome addition! The swings downstairs were fun! The house was clean and neat, and well maintained! Kayla was SUPER easy to work with and communicate with every step of the way! We will definitely book here again!

Nave’s Nest was clean and great. The only negative that I have would be that there were not enough towels and wash cloths provided. We had to constantly wash them. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Perfect Long Weekend
