Located on the first floor, this Shipwatch Villa features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with sliding doors to a furnished screened in porch with wooded views. The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home.

The guest suite is spacious with a king size bed, ceiling fan for summer nights, and a private bathroom with a bath/shower combo, accessible from both the bedroom and entry hallway. A tranquil retreat for a couples getaway to Kiawah Island.

1st visit to South Carolina

Our place was clean and inviting. Nice location close to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fans were appreciated. The shower was disappointing, could use a new shower head. The WiFi worked when we checked in, but in the evening when we wanted to relax and watch a little TV it got only one channel. The next morning the WiFi did not work. The office was quick to come and correct the problem. We had to reset the Wi Fi again the next day. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Couples Retreat

Perfect for my boyfriend and I. Small, but cozy. Would not recommend for more than 2 people. There was a pull out couch, but the mattress was awful.

Relaxing stay, wonderful location

Overall positive stay and property manager was helpful. We loved the location and the floor plan suited our party of three; however, the pull out couch was not comfortable. The lights over the stove and sink did not work. While the condo was clean, there are simple upgrades that would improve the appearance. The wifi coverage does not extend well to the master bedroom. Would rent again for a shorter stay for two people but not three people due to the couch. The price was reasonable *if the couch were comfortable.* LOCATION IS EXCELLENT for beach going. No pool amenity (but this did not impact our decision).

Great small space for small family

Perfect and comfy space for a family of 3. Decor was pleasant, locale was perfection and exactly as described. As this is in the “older” portion of Kiawah, the inside was nicely updated. The ceiling fans were awesome in the hot/humid and easily adjustable via remotes. We were all very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to maybe have a curved shower curtain rod. Very minor suggestion. Wooded view is lovely and the deer come very close. We enjoyed breakfast daily on the screened porch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
