About this property

Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! There is a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to accommodate 2 other guests for a max occupancy of 4 guests. This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital Secuity doorknob.

We loved our 2-night stay and explored the environs as much as we could. The only thing we missed was coffee pods for the Keurig or fresh grounds for the coffee maker. Otherwise, it was a perfect condo with keyless entry, convenient parking, a comfortable bed, screened-in porch with a wooded view, and even a washer/dryer in one closet! We give it 4.75 out of 5 stars. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

Despite the rain, we enjoyed our time on Kiawah. Walking the beach, playing games were a fun part of our stay. The Condo was in great condition and had everything we needed.

Great Service

Property owner was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to all of my messages. Property was better than advertised. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in when staying in a rental property.
