Make yourself at home in this super clean 3-bedroom house in the village of Williamsville! Just a short distance from everything, including the Buffalo Airport, walking distance to some of the best restaurants/pubs WNY has to offer, Niagara Falls, & downtown Buffalo. All basic amenities are provided: 55" Smart-TV, WIFI, full kitchen, dining room including a coffee/tea station. Sunroom with a sitting area and a designated workspace.

Private entrance. Self check-in.

Close to I-290 (Exit 7 Main Street)


The space
Welcome to Glen Falls in the village of Williamsville NY! This is an entire house on a private dead-end street. With 3 bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 6 guests for your getaway to western NY, Whether its for a Bills or Sabres game, concert, work/shopping trip, or to visit family and friends.

The metro rail is 3 miles away, travels to downtown Buffalo, and drops you off right in front of the Key Bank center!

The master bedroom has a king bed with an entrance to the full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and closet. Bedroom 3 has full over full bunk beds, and a closet.
The full kitchen is complete with a traditional coffee maker. Coffee, and condiments are provided. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining ware to prepare a meal, or have food delivered from some of the delicious restaurants nearby. Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a separate half bath.

Village Getaway

We couldnt be happier with our rental. This property was great! Everything we needed and then some! It was very nicely decorated. We loved the coffee station and 3 season room!! We are booking again when we come back!

A lovely gem tucked in the heart of Williamsville

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children and it was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was in walking distance. The Nest heating and cooling was a little complicated. I would set it to a temperature before going to bed and then wake up with it at a completely different temperature. That was the only frustrating part of the house but certainly does not detract from the overall excellent experience.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It was clean, nicely appointed and well stocked with everything we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood with no trouble parking. Located within walking distance of Glen Park and the heart of the Village of Williamsville. Tons of restaurants and close to the major roadways to get around the area. The host, Anthony, was responsive to our one question and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely use this property for any future visit we make!
