Everything was pretty good. It was just located on a busy street. We had some issues with the door pad trying to enter the house sometimes. It was very clean and updated. The host was always available. Had pretty much everything we needed

Great place in Buffalo!

We had a great stay - our group was in town for a concert at Darien Lake Amphitheater and wanted to see Niagara Falls the following day, and Tommy’s home was in a perfect location for us to be easy driving distance to both. Tommy was very responsive and left clear instructions for everything we needed for our stay. His home was well outfitted, comfortable, and clean. We had a great stay and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Buffalo or the surrounding areas!

Fantastic Rental in a Great Location

This rental was a great stay for my first time in the Buffalo area. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short drive to downtown. The house is well kept and maintained, was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, and had everything we needed to make for a pleasant stay. 10/10 would stay here again.

We stayed here two nights on a family trip. Location was good, house as described. Communication with owner was good. Only issue I had was there aren’t full blinds, just shades and it was fairly light in the rooms, also some road noise, as the house is located on a busy highway. Overall we had a good stay.

Visit to Niagara

Clean and comfortable property just about 30 mins from Niagara Falls. Safe and clean neighborhood with multiple food and grocery options. Tommy was also a great host, responsive and checking with us multiple times to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Won’t hesitate to stay here again

Cute and cozy

The place was nice. It's not easy to find a 3 bed and 2 bath in that area so we were glad to find this gem. The only unexpected thing was the living room wasn't as big as we expected from the pictures. The photos made it look very spacious but it's not really. Other than that, all great.

Too many stairs for my wife and I, we are in our late 70s and She uses a walker to get around. I should have read the description rather than look at pictures.

The beds were very firm and one of them was very low to the ground. It makes it more challenging traveling with senior citizens. Also the no shoes in the house policy should have been part of the listing description. We wore socks in the house which made it slippery walking up and down the stairs. The kitchen was stocked with very limited utensils and cookware.

We rented this house for a Buffalo Bills game and to spend a few days in Buffalo/Niagara Falls. The house was centrally located to all of the spots we wanted to hit. It was very clean and perfect for our stay!

Niagara Falls Weekend

Very clean house. We felt at home since we have a no-shoes-in-the-house policy at home also. Responsive host. There could be a few improvements. An espresso machine, outside outlet for EV charging (partial), back-up supplies (dishwasher liquid etc), couple more beer glasses.

This is me and my wife’s second time booking this bnb,and it’s just the best. Everything’s accurate and the house is beautiful the beds are soft and the bathrooms are nice. Tommy is the best,good communication and there for his people that are interested in booking for any questions. Honestly the best owner and home and I look forward to continue booking with Tommy because his property fits me and my wife’s needs and able to relax and the location is nice and quite.

Great comfortable stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've stayed in. Tall people beware, however. You'll bump your head at least once on the ceiling in the laundry room or the master bedroom. Other than that, the house was great. low
