If you would like to experience the charm of Sao Sebadtiao neighborhood and feel the locals experience away from where all the tourists stay. The property had alot of the original character and feel of traditional Ponta Delgada. This property is best if you don't have a car and plan on exploring the city on foot mostly. Parking is currently a problem in this neighborhood but not impossible.

Zentral und modern

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es gibt (fast) alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Wohnung war sehr feucht, was aber sicher auch am generellen Klima der Insel liegt, und sie war sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden ☺️
