Holiday home near Koblenz, family friendly, dogs, car park

The cottage is built entirely of wood. It is equipped with modern gas central heating. The house is located on the Lahnsteiner height, in a particularly quiet location right on the Rheinsteig in the countryside. Next door is a hotel, where you can have breakfast in the morning cheap.

On the ground floor there is a small kitchen as living area with seating and TV, a bedroom with double bed (linen and towels included), a bathroom with toilet and shower.

In the 1. Floor there is another bedroom with three beds (linen included) and a toilet with washing facilities. (An additional emergency bed can be provided (15,00 €))

Behind the house is a seating area with garden furniture, barbecue and a shed for bicycles. There is a large parking lot available.

You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friend, because what would a trip to nature be without your pet?

Of course, we will take over the cleaning of the house.

This house is a non smoking house. We ask for your understanding!

By car you are in about 10 - 15 minutes to downtown Koblenz.

Lahnstein and Bad-Ems are also easily accessible by car.

By car, the following attractions can be reached in a few minutes:
- Old Town Koblenz
- Deutsches Eck
- Fortress Ehrenbreitstein
- Castle Lahneck
- Castle Stolzenfels
- Marksburg

You have to work in Koblenz and surroundings? The cottage has a large parking lot, so you can also travel with large machines, trucks.

You can also travel with larger groups. In the immediate vicinity are two other cottages and a hotel. Talk to us, we'll take care of it.
Each cottage has its own barbecue.

Directly at the house leads the Rheinsteig - probably one of the most famous hiking trails over.
Right next to the house is a small open and well ventilated shed. Here you can park your bikes or hang clothes to dry.

The house is fully furnished. We provide bed linen and towels. We also take care of the cleaning.
