We did offer to have our cleaning team return to address the issue for you, but we completely understood your preference to take care of them yourself. This is not the standard we strive for, and we have followed up with our housekeeping team to help ensure it does not happen again. We’re also sorry that the pool was so crowded during your visit. Unfortunately, your stay fell right in the middle of the summer season, when the pool tends to be especially busy as guests look for ways to cool off and enjoy the amenities.
