About this property

Beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bath near the pool! This renovated unit in the St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Club Condos is just a few minutes walk to the private boardwalk and beach. Light and bright, this tastefully decorated condo has new hard surface flooring throughout.
The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, plus it's fully stocked for meal preparation.
Past the dining area is the living room, with comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV. The slider doors lead out to the spacious patio, complete with seating.
The master bedroom has a King bed, a second TV and a separate slider door out to the lanai. The ensuite bathroom has a step-in shower. There is a Queen in the guest bedroom, with a tub/shower in the guest bathroom. A Queen-sized air mattress is also provided for a fifth guest.
Amenities include a full size washer/dryer, cable TV and high-speed wireless internet. The owners have provided beach and lounge chairs, but are not guaranteeing the availability.
Enjoy wonderful dining experiences on the beach and downtown, along with many shopping venues and cultural events. The historic city of St. Augustine is just a short drive north across the Bridge of Lions.

Beach vacation

The condo was very nice. Kitchen was well done, appliances were fairly new. Living room, dining area, and bedroom nicely furnished..My only complaint was the master bathroom shower curtains liner needed to be replaced. Easy access to the pool and beach. Loved my stay there.
