Take in the ocean air and crashing waves in a second floor, oceanview unit at beachfront, gated community, Spanish Trace. Recent updates include new bedroom furniture and decor, luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms and stairwell, quartz countertops, kitchen and bathroom fixture upgrades, plush towels and all of the amenities you need to make this your home away from home.

THE SPACE
The 2-story condo overlooks the pool and courtyard with ocean views of the pristine Atlantic Ocean from the living room and balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of dining ware and cooking items for use both indoors or poolside (plastic, non-breakable). The living/dining room is the perfect spot for entertaining or winding down, featuring a 42-inch smart TV with streaming channels built in, Nest thermostat, and portable bluetooth speaker to play your favorite music. One full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main level.

Accessible both by stairs or elevator, the second floor is complete with two bedrooms. The primary has a brand new, luxurious king bed, dresser, full-length mirror, smart TV and desk for those needing a private workspace. The second bedroom has two queen beds with brand-new, all-season linens. The upstairs bathroom is kid-friendly with a tub and step stool to reach the sink or toilet. Leave your quarters at home! Spanish Sol has both washer and dryer in-unit … upstairs for added convenience!

Guests at Spanish Sol get full-access to the condominium’s numerous amenities including on-site management and maintenance, private parking, use of the tennis courts & shuffleboard along with equipment, outdoor grills, bike rack, social hall, and even a car wash area. Please note, the outdoor pool is not heated, even in the winter.

Our condo complex is located right next to the drive-on entrance to Crescent Beach at Ocean Trace Road. Those with 4WD can take a nice drive along the beach for a different experience.

Our stay at Spanish Sol in St. St Augustine was perfect. Condo was super, all the amenities anyone could or would possibly need. Erin, the owner, treated us like family. We had a wonderful long weekend staying in Erin's condo. Our goal was to relax and enjoy the beach, and that we did! The condo was clean and well stocked with anything you might need: beach essentials, kitchen gadgets and spices, bath extras.... The condo was as described, very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, a short walk to a beautiful beach and afternoons by the pool (which was also very clean and refreshing) It was the perfect getaway. We highly recommend a stay!

Great Beach Stay

We had a great time at this property. Everything we as listed and the owners went overboard to provide little extras that we didn't expect like coffee and paper products. The location couldn't have been better for us. Easy access to the beach and the attractions in St. Augustine. Erin was an excellent communicator and checked in with us to make sure all was well. Comfortable, clean, pretty, and close to the water!

Travel there for Thanksgiving week, four adults and two kids. Had a great time, property was as advertised and looked just as the photos showed. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of pots, pans and everything else, which mattered to us as we ate in. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. Beds were comfortable, lines clean and new. Nice place! Look forward to coming back.

Perfect getaway!

Our family of four (two kids ages 14 & 11) stayed at Spanish Sol this August and had a great time. Condo was perfect size for us - beds were super comfy and having laundry in the master bedroom was very convenient. Deck was great for relaxing along with the pool and beach. Owners were very responsive and helpful with providing local recommendations. Property is exactly as posted. Highly recommend for a family, friends, or couple’s getaway.

Making Family Memories

We loved the property in Saint Augustine. Beautiful clean, comfortable condo with a wonderful pool, great community and easy beach access. Erin was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach with any questions we had. We visited the beach, took the Trolley Tour, went to the pier and the Light House, ate at some really great restaurants. Everything was within close driving. We will be back!

This is an older facility but was well maintained. Nice pool with a few yards to the beautiful beach. Our unit was well stocked with essentials for cooking. Nice balcony that overlooked pool. Could use some new carpet and a couple new fry pans. Otherwise this place perfect for the four of us.

Spanish Sol

The condo was the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. It included everything you needed beach towels and chairs, laundry & dishwasher pods, coolers, blow dryers etc. The location was ideal a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine and a quick walk to the pristine beach. We were met most days by a tortoise in the sand dunes on our walk to the beach. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit especially because we were there for a month. This condo is everything as described plus more, highly recommend.

Fantastic Anniversary Stay 4/6-4/13/2024

We very much enjoyed our stay at Spanish Sol. This was our first visit to the St. Augustine area and this condo was the perfect location, only 15 minutes from downtown. If you are going to go "see the sights" I would recommend getting the the Tour Pass, as there is an entry fee for pretty much everything! It may help to save some money. It was a short walk to the beach from the condo, there was a great view of the courtyard and pool area and ocean from the porch. The interior of the condo was great, it was very nice to be provided with all the supplies we would need (dish soap, detergent, HBA products and linens). The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well once we set it at a comfortable temperature for us. There were many good restaurants nearby including Saltwater Cowboys, Amicis, Sunset Grille, Bronx House Pizza, Taco Libre, Connollys Shore Grille and Taco Libre!! The food was good at all. It was nice that it was a gated area, but, the key pad for the gate was hard to operate from the car, I had to get out each time to enter the code. I know that isn't the owners fault, but, it was still a little inconvenient. Over all, we would stay here again and want to thank Erin and Jason for having a lovely condo. They are great hosts and very easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely stay at the beach! View from balcony was great. Short walk to beach. Very well-appointed condo. All we needed and more! Plenty of beach equipment in the closet - chairs, coolers, a wagon. Even toys although we didn't have any kiddos with us! Check in and access were painless. Beautiful Beach

Great place and fantastic location! Beach view was beautiful from the patio. Sugar sand, super easy short stroll to the beach, we truly enjoyed sunrise walks, and spending the day on the beach. Easy drive to downtown, convenient grocery shopping, and plenty of restaurants close by. Place was clean, kitchen has everything you need, and beach chairs was a big plus. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and convenient

Stayed here with my family (husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs) and had a great time. The kids really loved the pool, and the beach was easy to access. The condo complex was quiet and a little ways off the main road, but it's close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property was a good size for 4 people--any more than 4 would probably be a little cramped. Thanks for having us!

Spacious with great beach access

This unit was plenty big enough for our family of 4 (with two young kids). It was perfect that the two bedrooms were upstairs so the adults could stay up later in a separate space downstairs without waking up the kids. The beach was a super easy walk (just had to walk past the pool and the beach was right there) and was not at all overcrowded. We had a great stay and would come back!
