The porch offers a spacious outdoor environment with Adirondack seating for six or relax on the side screened in porch while enjoying an outdoor meal at a table that hosts six. Located directly on 30A, the condo is across from the Watercolor Beach Club, a couple blocks to Seaside, and adjacent to Cerulean Park. You can walk to shopping, dining, and the beach in minutes.

Great Location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed in Watercolor several times, this condo surpassed our expectations. It boasts a beautiful space, an excellent location, and peaceful bedrooms. The description and photos accurately represent the property. The only drawback was the poor quality of the linens and towels, which were sparse in quantity and thin. Additionally, they only provided one kitchen trash bag and one roll of paper towels and no tissue. While not a major issue, given the price we paid, it seems counterproductive not to offer higher-end linens and more kitchen essentials. For instance, something as simple as including three trash bags and two rolls of paper towels would have significantly enhanced the experience. Just a heads up to bring your own.
