Relaxing log cabin retreat!Private hot tub, Fido Friendly,WI-FI,Snomobile access

This darling cozy log cabin is nestled in the woods and is fairly private. It has a wood burning stove and all lodge fixtures and amenities you would need for a wonderful week or weekend away. It has a large yard to play yard games, build a snow man, or just for your pet to play. There is a loft with a queen bed and the main floor offers bunk beds for your smaller family members. The property also has a hot tub that is maintained weekly. 25 minutes to downtown Leavenworth or Steven’s pass, it really is the perfect location!
Driveway will be plowed for 4 inches of snow or more. We do not sand or salt the drive or roads so please come prepared or check with the local weather forecast for possible icy conditions.
**Landscape maintenance comes late afternoon every Wednesday May thru October.
**Occasionally a bear may topple over the "bear proof" trash bin. If this happens just notify us and we will have someone come clean it up!
**No lake access in neighborhood but the Cove Fishing area is just a short 5 minute drive and offers boat rentals and fishing bait etc. There is a Ring camera above the garage for security purposes.

The cabin was super clean, tidy, and well stocked for the 5 days we stayed. Loved the hot tub and the grounds/landscaping was gorgeous. We took a walk down to the end of the neighborhood also and the Fall colors were gorgeous.

Beautiful rustic-ish cabin

State for two nights with my adult kids for a summer weekend getaway. It was a perfect blend of rustic decor with modern kitchen and amenities (hot tub). Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic log cabin with snowmobile access

Stayed here for my 40th birthday and weekend of snowmobiling - plenty of room for two adults and two kids (bunk beds). Very clean and well taken care of. Nicely sized kitchen and dining room for family dinners. Rustic but in a good way. Can't wait to book it again for more snowmobiling!

Cozy cabin

Comfortable cabin with easy access to snowshoe/ski trails. It is well equipped, hosts are friendly and communicative, posting is accurate. We would stay here again.

Super close to Lake Wenachee. A bit of a drive to Leavenworth but doable. Cabin was comfortable and stocked with all the necessities.

Rustic feel with modern amenities

Beautiful log cabin with modern appliances, satelite TV and internet. Air-conditioning useful for summer months. Lots of board and yard games. Quiet neighborhood. Close to fishing, hiking and watersports. Will definitely stay here if we plan to stay in the area again.

Good overall

Property was well represented, we arrived at dusk (delayed) and there was a power outttage -not the owners fault, but a heads up of some kind would have been nice- thankfully the grill was well stocked with propane and the power came back up before all the groceries died. At first light we found a trash can toppled and its contents spread about (bear?) -owner even had bear spray in one of the drawers in the kitchen- I have a minor pet pieve with charging a significant cleaning fee AND having a detailed chore list before departure. but I knew that going in and it wasn't really that big an issue.

Peaceful - a great get a way

We enjoyed relaxing on this beautiful property away from the hustle of daily life yet close enough to go enjoy Leavenworth activities. This quaint cabin provided all we needed to relax and have fun from outdoor yard games to indoor board games. Also miscellaneous items for cooking…nice outdoor grill too! The hot tub was a bonus as my husband has chronic pain. Note this cabin is great for a couple and kids but if you have a third or fourth older adult we recommend getting a blowup bed as the bunk beds are a bit hard to maneuver getting in and out of. My husband and plan on coming back next year.

Beautiful area - great yard

We enjoyed out two nights at the cabin. Very nice area and close to lakes. We found a hike close to / on Wenatchee Lake that was easy and beautiful! ( Had to drive to trailhead). Home was clean and well stocked. Main bedroom with double bed is upstairs with bathroom downstairs. It was fine for us but may be difficult for some in middle of night. Grass area was great with lots of games to play. Very relaxing and homey place.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much, I will say that there is a couple of things that are needed. 1 would be better mattress in the upstairs bedroom if you like any softness in a mattress you wont get it, its very hard . 2 a better guest/information book that tells you important things about the property like the water system will do a backflash and it will be very loud and last 10mins and not to freak out thinking a pipe has burst, so you dont run around trying to figure out how to shut it off( lol based on actual events), how to work the lights in the kitchen (for example the livingroom switch has to be in one postion for the light switch in kitchen to work. Just impotant things like that. Other then that was amazing and would defiently stay again, maybe in spring. Thanks for hosting us

Percect place to get "snowed" in.

We got snowed in (16" of snow overnight) the night before checkout. We had driven an AWD car but 16" is 16". We called the owners, they called the person responsible for plowing the driveway and they were unable to make it to the driveway before checkout time. The owners apologized for any inconvenience to us and offered another night for free in cabin. Luckily we were able to make arrangements for another vacation day from work. We waited for the plow which showed up that afternoon, made it to the little market less than a mile away, got some food and went back to enjoy our extra night at the cabin. I highly recommend this cabin and the property owners were great. This really was a nice cabin.

Not a great stay

If you are older and need a good mattress, this is not the place for you. If you want to be close to town this is not the place for you. If you even want to be able to lock all the doors, this is not the place for you. The property manager responded quickly, but that does not make up for the Mountain Dew bottles scattered across the front of the property. The cornhole bags were tattered and on the lawn. There were fish that had been filleted outside on the rocks. The manager said it was a bear. However, we are constantly outdoors, and this was not a bear. Even if it was, the skin and bones had no scent and were dried out. Whoever cleans the property does not do a great job. I tried to use the toaster, and it immediately began to smoke. We left because we could not sleep on the terrible mattress in the main room. I suggest staying at another VRBO in town or the vicinity.

Super cute and exactly as described, it fronts national parks property so there are no neighbors to the front but a small neighborhood to the rear that was really quiet so no worries - the hot tub faces away from that so super private and it's a big one I could almost swim around in. The cabin itself? So, so adorable. Clean, smelled so nice, very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, it even has spices. We were able to cook several of our meals and stay in, just like we wanted, great internet connection so we could stream movies at night. Temperature control was easy, we came in early fall so didn't use the fire place but did want some heat in the evenings and mornings, otherwise perfectly comfortable with ambient temps. There are AC units if you come in the summer too. The master bed was so comfortable. GREAT water pressure and hot water lasted through two back to back showers and I could wash my hair (if you know, you know)! The host reached out to make sure we were happy and had what we needed, we will DEFINITELY be re-booking!!

Such an amazing cabin

We enjoyed every aspect of this cabin from the yard games to the hot tub. The wrap around deck is beautiful and we loved sitting in the hanging chair swing, so comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, that made cooking very accommodating. Every detail was well thought out and we would definitely stay again. Wonderful place to stay

Came from Michigan to spend weekend with my niece and her husband. This cabin had everything we needed and more to comfortably stay. Many convenient appliances, quiet location, super clean. Hot tub was wonderful. Nice little touches everywhere…hammock, yard games and lights. Highly recommended.
