This stunning Caribbean villa boasts 1200 square feet of indoor living space, sitting on an impressive 18,810 square foot lot. Outdoors, you'll find a beautiful pool, hot sauna and two Palapa huts, surrounded by lush greenery, plants and palm trees and hammocks that add to the tropical paradise feel!

Perfect for families with children! Casa De Palmeras offers an open floor plan with a bright and spacious living room and dining area. Sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms, two featuring queen size beds, the third has twin beds for the kids, large sleeper sofa, and a bonus room on the floor level with a sleep sofa, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, with a maximum occupancy of ten.

* Guests requirements:

1. At Casa De Palmeras, we hold families in high regard and prioritize bookings from family groups with children. To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide a signed rental agreement with all guest names and ages stated on it. This helps us ensure that everyone has a wonderful and worry-free stay at our Caribbean vacation retreat.

2. To make sure that everyone at Casa De Palmeras has a delightful and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that the primary renter be 27 years or older. Please note that we will require a photo ID of the primary renter upon booking, so that we can ensure the safety and security of our guests

IMPORTANT: At Casa De Palmeras, we aim to provide a peaceful and tranquil retreat for our guests. Therefore, NO parties, large gatherings or external guests are allowed on the property. We want everyone to enjoy their stay and feel relaxed in the beautiful surroundings of our Caribbean vacation villa.

The indoor of the home features an open floor concept, with a spacious and bright living room along with living and sittings areas with a granite countertop bar with seating, a space-saving dining table that seats 6 and a seating area in the kitchen. There's a 75" HDTV in the living room and a 55" HDTV in the sitting area with charging stations throughout.

At Casa De Palmeras, we have a variety of comfortable sleeping arrangements to accommodate your needs. Here are the sleeping arrangements for our Caribbean villa:

- Living Room - Sleeper Sofa/Sleeps 2
- Bedroom 1 - Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2 - Top floor with en-suite
- Bedroom 2 - Queen Size Bed/ Sleeps 2 - Top floor

Our bonus room at Casa De Palmeras is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful island of Galveston. Located on the first floor near the lower patio area, this room includes recliner chairs, 55" HDTV, a PlayStation 4, card games, karaoke machine, etc.. You'll have everything you need to enjoy a tasty snack or a refreshing drink in the comfort of your own space. Plus, with an outdoor bathroom that includes a shower, you can enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze while getting ready for your next adventure.

Casa De Palmeras is the perfect Caribbean retreat for up to 10 people. However, we do allow a maximum occupancy of 10, ensuring that all of our guests can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of our property.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we request that additional guests beyond the 10th guest pay a small fee per night. This ensures that everyone has ample space to relax and enjoy their stay at Casa De Palmeras.

** At Casa De Palmeras, we welcome your furry friends to join you on your Caribbean vacation. However, we kindly request that you pay a small fee of $150 per pet. Please note that we allow a maximum of 2 pets on the property.

** Additionally, after your booking is confirmed, we require a rental agreement to be signed along with providing a photo ID of the primary renter. This is to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, and to make sure that everyone has a delightful and enjoyable stay at our beautiful Caribbean villa.

At Casa De Palmeras, we want to make your Caribbean vacation as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

** Our minimum age requirement is 27 or older.
** Our standard occupancy is 8 guests, but we can accommodate up to 10 guests! For additional guests beyond 10, there is a small fee of $30 per person, per night.
** We require a refundable damage deposit of $500 to ensure the safety and security of our property.
** Please note that all our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
** For your safety and protection, we have security cameras located outside in common areas.
