Freshly revamped, Paix Bleu is our take on casual, coastal chic. Situated in the popular Sea Isle neighborhood, this t͟r͟u͟e͟ four-bedroom, two-bath home can sleep 12 and comes outfitted with premium mattresses, pillows and linens on all eight beds, with plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space.


The stylish living room boasts a large, deep sectional with down wrapped cushions, 65" smart TV and adjacent dining area. The dining table seats 8+ for family dinners or good old-fashioned board games. You will find an assortment stashed in the entertainment center. There is also a table in the kitchen that seats 4 and a large outside dining area on the 40 continuous feet of balcony.


Our home is made for entertaining family and friends—mine and yours! Our kitchen features a coffee bar, granite counters, and full-sized stainless-steel appliances. You will find the kitchen stocked with a variety of necessities, like dishwasher safe pots and pans (hey, you're on vacation!), wine glasses, and an air fryer oven and some great extras.


The primary bedroom is a sophisticated space for adults to unwind. The king-sized bed Purple mattress is topped with smooth 800 tc sateen sheets, 100% cotton quilt, down pillows—the same that are used in high-end hotels—all for a restful night sleep. We believe it is one of the most sumptuous beds on the island. It is also equipped with a 50” smart TV. The ensuite bath is just dreamy. A large soaking tub, double rainfall shower heads, marble floors and counters…you might not want to leave this spa-like space!


My favorite bedroom, aptly dubbed the "Jungle Room" is a colorful and fun place to relax. It comes outfitted with a king-sized Nest Bedding Sparrow mattress, which you will find super-plush and inviting. Find smooth sateen sheets, down pillows, and a 100% cotton quilt round out the bedding, while a 50” wall mounted TV will keep you entertained.


Light and bright, the “Teal Room” boasts a queen sized Purple mattress, down pillows and buttery 100% cotton sheets and quilts. Feel free to lounge in bed and watch the 40" smart TV or enjoy the natural light streaming in the two large windows. Want to sleep in? Don't worry. Those are blackout curtains.


Soft, tranquil colors wrap around you in the bunk room bedroom that is furnished with one twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin over twin, and additional sleeping on a twin sized trundle. The full mattress is Nest Bedding's Robin mattress, and the three twins are plush pillow-topped mattresses from Brooklyn Bedding. The trundle is a firm Lucid memory foam perfect for your littles. All are outfitted with water-proof toppers, down pillows and 100% cotton sheets. There’s plenty of room to play and the glider is a great place to sit down and read a bedtime story.


The stylish main bath is equipped with rainfall shower head, bathtub and double marble vanity. Deluxe bath linens, bright Turkish beach towels, and Beekman 1802® body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience.


We have a large, fenced outdoor space, complete with a tiki bar, outdoor TV and yard games. It's great for kids and medium or large pups but little dogs should be leashed for safety. What a great place to make family memories!

Use the community tennis or pickle ball courts, playground, picnic pavilions, fishing pier, boat launch, or pool. (Additional fee paid directly to HOA for pool use. $100 for 7 days up to 10 people Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.)

Paix Bleu is a quick 10 minute walk—or quicker drive—to Sea Isle Beach, an 8 minute walk to the West End Marina and Restaurants (yes, plural) and a 6 minute walk to Milton Pines Park and Pavilion.
