This is a gate guard private community with private beaches located on Diamond Beach in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. Our 900 sq. ft. unit has a master bedroom with a slider that opens to a den with daybed and extra pull out bed (trundle). There is also a pull-out queen in the living room. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom are all newly renovated.

There are double sliding doors in bedroom and living room to beautiful large balcony with views of the ocean, sunset, pools, tennis courts, landscaping and circular driveway. The master bedroom with newly renovated full bath including shower and TUB (safer for bathing children, all baths have safety handles). Master has a new queen mattress and furniture with extra drawers under bed and with USB ports in the nightstand. The den has a daybed (twin trundle) and extra pull out bed. Den has door access to Living Room, Balcony & 1/2 bath. The Den/2nd Bedroom has access to living area and bathroom via separate door. There are fans in both bedrooms. There is a Queen Sleep Sofa in Living Room. Unit has been updated with a brand new combination washer and dryer. Our kitchen has everything you need including a double sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, microwave, new 14 cup coffee maker, toaster, keurig and a brand new Frigidaire (stainless) full refrigerator.

There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom. A new 65" SMART TV, sound bar and blu-ray player in Living area with brand new couches that face the ocean.

An Occupancy Agreement directly from the homeowner will need to be signed. Rental guests will need to provide Names, Home Address, Cell phone #, and # of guests for agreement that may be check by our security. Our unit sleeps 4-5. There is an additional fee for 6 people.

A $400 Security Deposit (Refundable with no issues) is due by Check, with Balance 45 days or earlier of your reservation date. All weeks are now rented from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays may be accommodated but may require a cleaning charge. Sorry, we don't rent to guests when all are under 25 years of age.

Our staff and cleaning service are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. You are more than welcome to discuss this further with us, as well as, our cleaning service regarding your stay. Upon your booking we will provide you with our condominium's recommendations.

Our home is tiled throughout. All bedroom furniture is new. The master bedroom was converted into a master bedroom and second bedroom with daybed and extra pull out bed (trundle). This accommodation of an additional bedroom is a huge attraction due to its savings compared to a traditional 2 bedroom. The master bedroom has all new furniture with large dresser and vanity, an end table next to bed and flat screen TV. Master is located next to full bath which includes a SHOWER and TUB (safer for bathing children). All baths are equipped with safety handles. The second bedroom with trundle and memory foam mattress also has a new large 5-drawer dresser and flat screen TV with door access to living room, balcony & 1/2 bath near kitchen. There is also a pull-out queen sleep sofa in living room. Master bedroom is also equipped with USB Ports in bed frame, drawers under bed. fans in both bedrooms. Den/Bedroom has access to living area, balcony and master bedroom through sliding doors. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated. Unit has been updated with a brand new combination washer and dryer.

In addition to flat screen TV’s in each bedroom, there is a new 65 inch flat screen Smart TV with entertainment center console in the living area. This TV is equipped with a blue ray and sound bar. Dining area seats 6 with a breakfast bar seating 4 people.

We are dedicated to making our home as luxurious as possible by making improvements every year. This year alone we freshly painted all rooms, added a 65 inch Smart TV (the largest for our unit size), Blu-ray player with sound bar, new luxurious pull-out couch and love seat, new entertainment console, new lightweight vacuum, added lighting to family area, new cutting boards, children silverware utensils, and a towel rack.

Each year, we also have been offering the convenience of a large beach locker (only offered to a limited number of owners) located near beach entrance on the beach!
