About this property

This is an UPDATED unit with NEW furniture, entertainment equipment, newly renovated kitchen and bath at a 5th floor level (North Beach-building 1) with GREAT VIEWS of beach, sunset and pool.

This is a gate guard private community with private beaches located on Diamond Beach in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. Our 900 sq. ft. unit has a master bedroom and second bedroom (den) with daybed and extra pull out bed (trundle). There is also a pull-out queen in the living room. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom are all newly renovated.

There are double sliding doors in bedroom and living room to beautiful large balcony with views of the ocean, sunset, pools, tennis courts, landscaping and circular driveway. The master bedroom with newly renovated full bath including shower and TUB (safer for bathing children, all baths have safety handles). Master has a new queen mattress and furniture with extra drawers under bed and with USB ports in the nightstand. The den has a daybed (twin trundle) and extra pull out bed. Den has door access to Living Room, Balcony & 1/2 bath. The Den/2nd Bedroom has access to living area and bathroom via separate door. There are fans in both bedrooms. There is a Queen Sleep Sofa in Living Room. Unit has been updated with a brand new combination washer and dryer. Our kitchen has everything you need including a double sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, microwave, new 14 cup coffee maker, toaster, keurig and a brand new Frigidaire (stainless) full refrigerator.

There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom. A new 65" Samsung SMART TV, sound bar and blu-ray player in Living area with brand new couches that face the ocean.

An Occupancy Agreement directly from the homeowner will need to be signed. Rental guests will need to provide Names, Home Address, Cell phone #, and # of guests for agreement that may be check by our security. Our unit sleeps 4-6. There is an additional fee for 6 people.

A $400 Security Deposit (Refundable with no issues) is due by Check, with Balance 45 days or earlier of your reservation date. All weeks are now rented from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays may be accommodated but may require a cleaning charge. Sorry, we don't rent to guests when all are under the age of 25.

Our staff and cleaning service are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. You are more than welcome to discuss this further with us, as well as, our cleaning service regarding your stay. Upon your booking we will provide you with our condominium's recommendations.

Stay in Wildwood

I had a wonderful stay in the condo. It was clean and well-organized. The location on the property was absolutely perfect. I’ve stayed in many Seapointe condos before, but this was the nicest by far! Karen was very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful condo and property

Our family had an amazing stay at this condo. Everything was in top condition and it is a very comfortable size for 4 adults to stay a long weekend. The owners are amazing and very responsive. We loved the ammenities including the pools, hot tubs, beach access, and fire pits.

Great Stay

Seapointe Village is awesome! I loved that we were at the beach but had a resort-like feel. There was direct access to the beach, but also multiple pools to choose from, many of which are perfect for children who love the water but aren't good swimmers yet. Lots of walkable restaurants, everyone was very friendly. Buildings and grounds were clean and well kept. The condo itself is cozy and there are instructions for just about anything you can think of. We had a great stay!

Extended weekend at beautiful ocean front condo

My husband and I enjoyed a very nice weekend in this very well kept condo. It is very obvious that the owners take pride in their property. The complex grounds, pools and beach area are all very well maintained and you feel like you are at a resort. We will certainly consider visiting again.

A beautiful place for a family vacation

The immediate impression when arriving at Seapointe is a good one. The grounds are beautiful, tons of well-maintained flowers, gorgeous landscaping. It's really something. That was continued when we arrived at the place itself. It was immaculate (had clearly just been cleaned top to bottom) and was essentially just as advertised. In fact, the view was much better from the balcony than we thought it would be, so you might even say it was better. The pools are amazing, the beach so close it's ridiculous, and virtually all the people we met were nice folks with families of their own. It was a great experience, and we're already talking about next year and when we'll be back!

Amazing Stay at Seapointe Village

Our stay at Karen’s condo was amazing! She went above and beyond with excellent communication, made us feel welcome like family and had everything we needed for our vacation. Lovely upscale condo at a great property

We really enjoyed our stay at Seapointe. Karen thoughtfully provided every comfort and plenty of space for our things. Beautifully furnished condo in a great location, quiet and with great views. This property was absolutely perfect for our family with young children! The condo and the Seapointe Village property as a whole were both beautifully kept, clean, and family friendly. Diamond beach condo

This condo is georgeous and clean. My family of 4 had more then enough room. All the amenities were perfect. The indoor pool was my favorite. The owners were always available and fast response to any questions we had. Love it

Enjoyable stay

Probably better in season

The resort feel of this location was great. Unfortunately, there's not a lot to do with the kids late in the season. As far as the condo is concerned, it was clean and comfortable. However, I would recommend bringing your own pillows and normal-sized towels. The pillows in the condo have plastic covers on them and are impossible to sleep on. The master bed needs a new mattress. My wife and I were drifting towards the middle and my back was not happy. The supplied towels are very small. Great for my son, but not for me. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it could have been better citing the reasons above.

Great Place for family

A beautiful condo at a great location

We had a great 5 night stay at this condo. Karen was very easy to reach and very communicative from day 1 of booking. The condo was spacious, the view was beautiful and the amenities are just awesome. My 2 year old and 5 year old loved the many pools, splash pads and water slide. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property. Great location. Only downside was you have to bring your own sheets and wash the towels when you leave. However the washer /dryer is very small and not working properly. But the owner is in the process of buying a new one. Overall enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Wonderful Visit!

The condo was immaculate and exactly as listed. Everything you could need was available and we loved having access to the beach locker. The grounds are pristine and pools were amazing! My three children (ages 5 and 18 months) had an absolute blast. Karen was great to work with and very informative. We can’t wait to return!

Why they chose this property

Seapointe Village is a luxurious, community resort located on the private and exclusive Diamond Beach. Seapointe is a 24-hour gate guarded community located at the most southern-tip of Wildwood Crest and near Cape May. The breathtaking ocean views and landscaping are a trademark at Seapointe. The grounds offer 4 different style pools (1 indoor), saunas, jacuzzis (indoor and out), waterfalls, children’s wading areas with sprinklers, water slide, fire pits, tennis courts, bocce courts, fitness rooms, game room, beach hut grill and much more. Seapointe Village offers everything you could think of to make a family vacation one to remember for a lifetime.
Due to our level (5th floor) and unit location (South side of North Beach building) our large balcony offers the most optimal view of all to see. Our home at Seapointe has sliding doors in both the bedroom and living room that lead to a beautiful large balcony with amazing views of the ocean, beach, sand dunes, pools and sun deck, fire pits, grill area, tennis courts, beautiful landscaping and circular driveway, and lobby entrance. The balcony also has child safety netting installed and a beach towel rack.
Every year, at the beginning and end of each season, our home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Items may be replaced as needed to ensure that we provide an accommodating and at-home environment. We also provide a thorough cleaning service between our guests who are always willing to hear your thoughts and/or concerns.

What makes this property unique

Our home is tiled throughout. All bedroom furniture is new. The master bedroom was converted into a master bedroom and second bedroom with daybed and extra pull out bed (trundle). This accommodation of an additional bedroom is a huge attraction due to its savings compared to a traditional 2 bedroom. The master bedroom has all new furniture with large dresser and vanity, an end table next to bed and flat screen TV. Master is located next to full bath which includes a SHOWER and TUB (safer for bathing children). All baths are equipped with safety handles. The second bedroom with trundle and memory foam mattress also has a new large 5-drawer dresser and flat screen TV with door access to living room, balcony & 1/2 bath near kitchen. There is also a pull-out queen sleep sofa in living room. Master bedroom is also equipped with USB Ports in bed frame, drawers under bed. fans in both bedrooms. Den/Bedroom has access to living area, balcony and master bedroom through sliding doors. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated. Unit has been updated with a brand new combination washer and dryer.
In addition to flat screen TV’s in each bedroom, there is a new Samsung 65 inch flat screen Smart TV with entertainment center console in the living area. This TV is equipped with a blue ray and sound bar. Dining area seats 6 with a breakfast bar seating 4 people.
We are dedicated to making our home as luxurious as possible by making improvements every year. This year alone we freshly painted all rooms, added a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV (the largest for our unit size), Blu-ray player with sound bar, new luxurious pull-out couch and love seat, new entertainment console, new lightweight vacuum, added lighting to family area, new cutting boards, children silverware utensils, and a towel rack. Each year, we also have been offering the convenience of a large beach locker (only offered to a limited number of owners) located near beach entrance on the beach! .
