Spectacular luxury home on Collier Bay with superb water views. Located on a cul de sac in an exclusive, quiet neighborhood. 4700 sqft; 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms. Heated infinity pool, spa, 2 story lanai, dock, outdoor dining, built in grill and wet bar. See dolphins, manatees right from our home and fish from one of the largest private docks on the island. 190 ft of water frontage! Elevator to all levels. Garage space for 2 cars. This an exceptional property, please treat it as such.
The space
This custom built luxury home is one of the premier properties on the island with several unique features. The furnishings are all superb quality. Free WiFi coverage throughout the property including the dock!
-3 levels: garage/entry level, main floor, and second floor; an ELEVATOR serves all levels
-huge gourmet kitchen with bar seating and continent sized countertop space
-infinity pool and spa are on the second level with 180 degree views of Collier Bay. Pool is HEATED.
-an outdoor grill and wet bar are poolside as is a separate dining area. The pool and lanai are enclosed by a 2 story screen system.
- the dock is 140 feet long covering most of the waterfront perimeter. There is a pergola on the dock for shade and added relaxation. There is 190 feet of water frontage.
- private balcony on the third level has phenomenal views of the bay (see pictures section)
-we provide beach chairs and beach towels that you bring with you to the beach
- there are 4 (26") bicycles for you to use. Additional bikes can be rented and delivered to the house.
- the kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, conventional oven, wine fridge and ice makers.
-outdoor grill and wet bar are poolside and conveniently located off the main kitchen.
-a bathroom and shower are immediately adjacent to the pool. There are also outdoor showers on the lanai and ground level.

Naples Historical Society's Historic Palm Cottage and Cape Romano are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Marco Golf and Garden and Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center. Rookery Bay Reserve Lands and Coral Cay Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking and power boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.

Why they chose this property
This property is the perfect escape for those seeking luxury and privacy. It is right on the Collier Bay and has superb views. There are ample spaces to enjoy the views from the entire rear of the home, from the bedrooms, from the upper level balcony, from the infinity pool, to right on the dock.
The quality of the home and its finishes are exceptional.
Marco island has fantastic beaches, great restaurants, and fine weather. The island is only 24 square miles - so it does not take long to get anywhere. One can walk or bike anywhere on the island, which has wide sidewalks to accommodate this.

What makes this property unique
We have one of the best views on the island for a private home. This along with one of the largest docks on the island set on a very private lot. The land to the left of the house is a protected mangrove. You’ll see various birds nest there in the spring. We are fortunate that the waters around Marco and in Collier Bay are quite healthy and the fishing, even right off the dock, is great (we provide poles and basic tackle). Dolphins are frequent visitors such that almost every guest sees them - sometimes right at your feet! Manatees are occasional visitors as well.
The neighborhood is very safe. You can walk or ride (we provide 4 bicycles) to the Esplanade, which is 1 mile away, where you’ll find several great restaurants, shopping and live entertainment. It’s also walkable to Rose Marina, where you can rent a boat, a charter, or dock your own.
THE BEACHES on Marco:
Tigertail Beach- five minute drive (2.2 mi), ample pay parking
"Main" Beach- 6 minute drive (2.7mi), accessed through Collier Blvd entrance at intersection of Maple Ave, no dedicated parking, side street parking -get there early to find a space! You can bike there (about 20 minutes) and there are several bike racks
Resident Beach - 6 minute drive (2.3 mi), ***open ONLY to guests w resident pass (can be purchased from city if staying 1 month or greater)*** they are VERY strict, ample parking
Winterberry Beach Access point- 8 minute drive (3.4 mi), no dedicated parking; side street parking - get there early to find a spot!
South Beach - 10 minute drive (4.0 mi), pay parking at Swallow Ave and off street parking (get there early!)
