There is an under the kitchen sink water purifier with a charcoal block and a UV light to purify the water to the sink and refrigerator ice making and water dispenser. This property has been completely rehabbed from the ground up and every detail was thought out for the enjoyment of each guest. It is in a very desirable location and the gated community city boasts a very nice pool, jacuzzi, pickle ball courts and covered seating and outdoor showers next to the pool
