Private Casita, very cozy clean warm and inviting space. Spared no expense.

Bedroom has king bed with top-of-the-line plush bedding. Features a wall mounted swivel 65 inch smart TV.
Walking closet to hang your clothes and store your luggage.

Living room features new couch with pull out bed that has upgraded 5 inch memory foam mattress. Features wall mounted swivel 70” Roku smart TV.

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances fully loaded. With Reverse osmosis system for fresh clean water. Granite countertops with bar top area.

Property features hot tub, playground for kids , barbecue area for guest only. Please note hot tub is turned off from June 1st through August 31st.

Secured private gated parking area with remote control and/or keypad entry right out your front door.

Wonderful Stay in Mesa

We loved the casita. It was in a nice neighborhood near many things to do and see. The casita had everything we needed and then some. Would highly recommend staying here and we plan to return. Thank You!!

This space with smart, clean, and up-to-date. It was easy for us to organize for a relaxing stay and visit with family in the area. Lovely private yard - a great place for enjoying morning coffee.

Check in and check out very easy. Beautiful outside area with a grill and hot tub. What impressed us most was how clean the property is. Dixie is very sweet and responds to every question promptly. Will definitely stay again!

Fun in the sun!

Such a perfect location for hiking as well as attending shows! Property was very clean and comfortable with a great backyard for R&R. Dixie was a great host who even squeezed fresh orange juice for us!! Highly recommend this Casita.

We loved our stay. Perfect for us. Great having fresh oranges and grapefruit every day, and some to go. Beautiful, new furnishings and Dixie was so great to work with and even left us some goodies. The big map is a great idea. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our 2nd Stay

This casita continues to work perfectly for us. We don't need a lot of space because we are there to visit family. It's smartly laid out inside so we can unpack and relax, with a peaceful outdoor space (especially for morning coffee). It's in the middle of a neighborhood, but still very private. Plus there are speed bumps in the neighborhood so no one is racing past. Just lovely!

Perfect little Casita

We had such a great stay! Dixie, our host, is awesome! We live in a cooler climate and Phoenix/Mesa is HOT! Dixie was so great about turning the air down for us and making sure we were comfortable. The Casita has its own entrance and GATED parking area. It's located in a quiet residential area that is close to EVERYTHING outdoors and indoors. Stay here! It's lovely!

Wonderful Experience

My wife, her yellow lab & I enjoyed 30 nights here. Dixie was a gracious host and was most accommodating. Very responsive to questions and requests. The casita is a wonderful, comfortable place in a very convenient area for anything you may want or need. We walked the dog daily and rode our bicycles all over the area with wonderful, safe bike lanes. Felt very secure with the car being inside a gate/wall. Definitely recommend staying here.

Outstanding Casita, Superb Host!

This was probably the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate, with an all modern look, and beautifully appointed. The bedroom was huge with the most comfortable king sized bed and great walk in closet. The bathroom was ultra modern with plenty of plush soft towels, toiletries, and a high quality new hair dryer. The shower even had lights that change colors! The kitchen had everything one could desire, and the sofa and living area were very comfortable. The real bonus was the use of the outdoor gas grille, the hot tub, sitting area, and the yard. The parking was perfect, a pad just behind an electronically controlled gate so the car was safe and secure in an enclosed area. Dixie was an amazing host responding to any questions within minutes. She came out to show us how to work the grille, and offered to pre heat the hot tub for us. We were treated like royalty! The neighborhood and location were ideal as one could walk to the grocery store, and it was a short walk to Falcon park which we did a few times. We were just a few miles from our daughter and her family who live in Mesa, when we come back we'll definitely stay here again!

Our Week in the Sun

We were in town visiting our daughter,son-in-law and grandkids. The Casita was a perfect place for us to relax and unwind after a busy day with family. It was clean and comfortable and our dog loved the fenced in yard. We were also able to see the cactus bloom before we left. Dixie, the host was very gracious. I'm sure we will stay there again.
