THE SETTING: Located along sought-after Baynard Cove Road, this home offers easy access to the beach, Harbour Town, and miles of Sea Pines bike paths. The beach is approximately a 10–12 minute walk or 5–7 minute bike ride away, making it easy to build beach time into every day. Back at home, the private pool, screened porch, and inviting indoor living spaces offer plenty of reasons to slow down and enjoy the house itself.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, multi-generational groups, couples traveling together, and friends who value excellent bedroom separation. PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome, though Labradors, spaniels, and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Two dogs may sometimes be accommodated. Please inquire with the specifics of your dogs for additional details.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10–12 minute walk or 5–7 minute bike ride. During peak season, Sea Pines Beach Trolleys provide transportation from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The closest trolley location is near the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road, approximately five minutes away by car. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated with propane, which performs efficiently across a wide range of outdoor temperatures. The fee is $350 for the first day and $150 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

SECURITY CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION: One exterior doorbell camera is located at the front door and faces the outside entry.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
