Built in 2018, this modern luxury villa has mighty views over the Arade River, Portimao's natural harbor. Present are a spacious living room, open kitchen, four bedrooms and an elevator connecting the two floors and the large garage. The living room overlooks the attractive terrace with pool, sun beds and a covered outdoor dining table for 10 people.
The four bedrooms all have air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The spacious bedrooms can be expanded with an extra bed if necessary.
A steel staircase leads to the lower situated second terrace with cosy lounge area. The many golfing owners have built a putting green and a playground here.
The living room has a lovely lounge sofa, flat screen TV and Sonos sound system and flows into the spaciously furnished kitchen with work island. The kitchen is equipped with American fridge with ice machine, freezer, oven, wine cooler, dishwasher and electric stove.
