By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. Nice House!

My family had a great time at this house. The house is clean and very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had fun hanging out in the pool. There are grocery stores and many restaurants near by. The communication with the owner was great. The only issue we had was that the air hockey table had a broken leg and the pool table had a hole on the top. If you really want to use them for your visit, you should make sure they are working before you book it. They also provide no essential, it was just one trash bag, one dish washing detergent and a couple rolls of toilet paper. I understand these are not ususally provided, but enough for couple of days would be nice. You should plan to shopping for the essential as soon as you arrived. Beside those issues, I do highly recommend this place, you will have a great time!

2023 friends trip

Great area. Was further to universal then we expected. Took us 35-40 minutes. House had couple minor cosmetic issues. Terrible water pressure. Outside could’ve used more seating/tv. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Family Vacation

It’s a nice property. I would like to share something’s with you. I had to buy a couple of pans because frying pan’s Teflon was on scratched up. The cooking spoons were melted. There were no kitchen drying cloth. The a couple of the dinning cheirs backs were broken.

Great villa in good location

We have stayed in 3 different villas at Story lake as we think the area is great, even better now that the new pool complex is open. The villa its self is big and spacious for a big group plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We did find that it could do with some seating are for the outside rather just the table and chairs. We did find though that the cleaners who do the cleaning during swop over did a very poor job we found a mouldy bowl of something under one of the beds and something spilled down one of the other beds besides that everything else was all as you would expect. Would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great location and plenty of space.
