Large, updated 2 bed/2 bath condo with 2 designated covered parking spots and just a 3-minute walk to the sand of South Beach, to shops, restaurants and the pier.

2A Better Place is a bright and beachy condo perfect for families, couples, friends or singles! Tastefully decorated, bright living area with comfy sofa, loveseat and smart television. Also a lovely work space so you can work from “home!” Enjoy cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a quick meal, or a gourmet dinner. Sit down for meals in the dining area next to the kitchen - or outside on the deck. Take in the sweet smell of the salt air from the large front deck with peek-a-boo ocean views. Primary bedroom offers a roomy king bed, smart TV and updated en-suite bathroom with large shower. Second bedroom has adorable twin beds, with full bathroom and washer and dryer in hall.

The place was exactly as described, very close to the beach, clean, and spacious. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Fun with Family in Tybee

Our accommodations fit our needs perfectly. Our host communicated promptly on details of the place. Ideal location and within walking distance to many establishments.Definitely will return to Tybee Island!

Great spot!

Great location, comfortable condo. It has everything we need and it was clean! I asked about chairs and the host said there were 3 and then there were magically 4 when we got there! Love it.

Great girls getaway

Location and cleanliness were excellent, and it was only half a block to a beautiful beach. The only negatives were a too-firm mattress in second bedroom and uncomfortable pillows. Otherwise the place was completely perfect!

Beach Time for the Family

Nice location if you enjoy well visited beaches. The unit is clean and well equipped for your beach stay. Plenty of nice restaurants close by if you prefer to eat out. Close to Savannah if you like to explore.

Great Condo

This is a great condo to stay at!! My husband, 17 year old son and 8 year old son and I stayed here for 5 days. They had everything we needed. It is also a short walk to the beach which we loved because we could spend hours at the beach but be able to come back to eat so we didnt have to carry so much stuff to the beach. We will definitely be staying agian.

Beyond Expectations!

Beautifully equipped condo close to beach and all things Tybee Island. The decor and colors in this condo were my favorite! They even provided chairs and towels for the beach - would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This place was a great find! It is very roomy and clean! Nice area. Very short walk to beach, restaurants and nightlife. Nice outdoor patio with furniture. You can park and never get in your car again until time to leave. Melissa was great, actually got to meet and chat with her. We will be back. Thanks for a great stay

Loved our stay

The property was exactly what was written in the reviews, clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could need. Washer, dryer, towels, hair dryer, cooking utensils etc. The area was quite, clean and we were within walking distance of almost everything we did, including our many beach visits. I highly recommend staying in this area and condo.

Very nice updated condo

Condo was clean and well maintained. Well stocked with the basic essentials needed for a beach vacay. The parking is a bit of a tight squeeze.

Tybee in September

We have stayed in this condo many times when owned by another couple. Have always enjoyed staying here. This was our first trip to Tybee Island in September. Perfect size condo for a couple (tho sleeps 4 comfortably) and very close to the beach. Very clean and adequately stocked. Can’t go wrong with this property.

Great location and condo

We will definitely return to this location. It’s so close to all the shops and restaurants, but far enough away that it is quiet. My son and I just left this morning and I already wish we were back. It’s so close to the 18th St. Beach access which is a little distance from the crowds around the Pier. The condo had beach chairs, a beach mat and a small cooler. We didn’t use them because we brought our own, but it’s nice to know they were there in case we hadn’t brought our own. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We met the property manager when we were leaving, and she was super sweet. It’s always nice to meet the person you are communicating with about the property.

Tybee Get-a-way

This was our third stay at this wonderful condo, and it keeps getting better each time! My wife, our two kids (ages 4 and 7), my friend, his wife, and their son all enjoyed a fantastic getaway here. The condo is always impeccably clean and well-equipped. We loved the games available, which kept both the kids and adults entertained. The Roku TV was a big hit with the kids, making it easy to find their favorite shows after a fun day out. The double bedroom option for the kids was perfect, giving them their own space while we relaxed. We also appreciated the beach toys in the garage. Even though we didn’t use them, it’s great to have the option, especially with kids. We’ve also stayed in the neighboring condo managed by the same person, which was equally nice. That’s why we made sure to book with the same manager again when our usual condo wasn’t available. Communication with the manager has always been a breeze, and this time we got to meet her while she was tending to another property. This condo remains our top choice for a family-friendly stay, and we can't wait to return!

I thought I was renting a condo with some sort of water view. This was my first visit, so relied on listing info, hoping for the best. No view, but a very nice, clean location — no view, so I learned a lot for my next visit. I will be more aware and better prepared next time.

We LOVE Tybee! We lived in Savannah for six blissful years, there is no place else we would want to own a vacation home - we even got married on the beach about 5 minutes from the condo. There is nothing we love more than sharing our love of Tybee with others - we think it's a place that will work its way into your heart and never leave.

Why they chose this property

Close to the beach, the pier, nightlife, restaurants and bars - you can park your car at the condo and not get in it again until you have to leave!

What makes this property unique

Who doesn't want to be a 3 minute walk to the beach? You can run back for a drink, a quick nap or to grab anything you need.

We love riding our bikes around the island - ride to watch the sunset over the river, to North Beach and the lighthouse, Marine Science Center and more.
