About this property

The Blue Dolphin charming 1930 beach cottage.. It is a short walk (300 steps) to the Atlantic ocean. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms plus an extra sleep sofa in living room which is a full pullout bed. Two full baths. No beach parking needed. across the street in the back to the beach access. The cottage is dog friendly. Two shaded porches provide great outdoor space with picnic table . Central Heat and Air and, off-street parking is provided for 2 cars. Has everything in the kitchen : appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range, microwave ), plus blender, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, pots, pans, toaster . Bedroom #1 has a king bed and Roku Television. Bedroom #2 has a full-size bed with smart tv. Sleeping room 3 has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers.. Plenty of places to refresh and sleep. Two full bathrooms. One with a shower the other with a bathtub with shower. Other features include a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, Comcast WIFI high speed internet, 55-inch flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. Master bedroom has Roku TV and local channels. 2nd Bedroom smart T. V. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided. The cottage is next door to a second story unit with no shared walls. It is 2 blocks from 5 restaurants, and 1/2 block from Memorial Park with an updated fenced kids playground, sand volleyball and tennis courts, pavilions with picnic tables and grills. We abide by virus deterrent cleaning protocols using disinfectant and washing in hot water. Enjoy yourself and get on "Tybee time" in our beach house.

Wonderful experience at the cute/quaint cottage

Everything on the listing was exactly as it was stated. We were so close to the beach for a very short walk. There is also parking right at the beach entrance if you had a lot to carry and wanted to drive. It cost eight dollars for two hours with a credit card, but was well worth it to us as two hours was all we wanted to stay at the beach when we took the “mother load”. The cottage was well-stocked, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were just in general very impressed. Ed and Patty are so accommodating and only a phone call or email away and they respond very quickly. I rented this cottage also because it is pet friendly. I have a little 35 pound miniature Australian Shepherd. The only perk that would’ve been nice to have had would be a gate on the front porch. We left the front door open at times to feel the cool breeze, and although my dog isn’t one to run off, as he laid out on the porch I would’ve felt better knowing that he had a gate keeping him there. Just a suggestion 🐾 Thanks so much for an awesome 4 day perfect weekend!

Perfect location

My family of 5 and our dog had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a brewery, a pizza place, and gift shops, but off of a main road. Small grocery store is about a mile away. The marine center on the beach is worth the visit :) Overall great stay!

Spring Break trip

Great location and perfect size for my husband and I and our two college aged sons. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a short drive into the city. The house had everything we needed for our Spring Break week!

We previously owned another vacation rental on Tybee Island from 2018 to 2020.I ( Ed had lived on Tybee Island for a 6 month consulting contract and fell in love with the island, people, atmosphere. We quickly adapted to "Tybee Time". We are dedicated to serving you and committed to you having an enjoyable, relaxing time at our
cottage. We sold our previous house and purchased the new rental cottage in late 2020. It is just 300 feet off the beach and a short walk to Memorial Park.. The new cottage has plenty of parking , We have always been premier hosts with VRBO and are now Premier Hosts. We have provided super vacation rentals to families and adults for 3 years. This is a traditional island cottage. Just 300 steps from the beach. Perfect for your morning coffee.. Easy comfortable living. It is just 300 feet off the beach and a short walk to Memorial Park.. The 1935 cottage has plenty of parking , very comfortable .

Cottage is within 2 blocks of 4 restaurant/bars: Sundaes, Agrave, Sugar Shack, 80 Gastro Pub, Tybee Praline Company, and Chu's convenience store, ABC Liquors.. Also Huck a poos and North Beach Bar and Grill are just short drive. One block from Tybee Memorial Park ( tennis, basket ball and volley ball courts, fenced children's play ground + 1 acre grass field for yard games + covered pavilions with grills for barbeques.
