Lovely property, fantastic location, great amenities. This was a trip for adults but I would definitely book this spot again for my family. Check in was a breeze with accurate and easy instructions, host was extremely responsive with communication.

The perfect spot

The location of this property couldn't be in a better place. Once we arrived, and parked the car, we never drove anywhere else except to go for a boat ride. There is a restaurant on either side of the condo building. More restaurants, places to shop, or just hang out are just a few minutes walk from there. It's across the street from the beach access, and the pier. We wished we could've stayed another few days, and we will stay longer when we go back, and we will definitely go back. The property is well kept, clean and inviting. Nice security features for accessing the property as well. The condo itself was clean, and well decorated with a nice beach vibe.

Great place to stay!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights in kate December. We spent most of our time in Savannah, but it was nice to come back and have 2 good restaurants right next door to choose from. The condo itself was very clean with everything you needed to feel at home. My son loved that he was able to watch Netflix on the TV since he never can in a hotel. The parking is a little tight, but that's true anywhere on Tybee. We loved the place and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Week

This place was fantastic. It’s a short walk to the beach. They have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and a couple beach umbrellas. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are super comfy. We loved how every cabinet and light switch was labeled! They even had games for the kids and adults to play. Thank you for such a great place - we have saved this place for a future trip!

Didn’t want to leave

The condo was beautiful. Someone has wonderful taste in decorating. The location was perfect to the beach, shops and walking to some restaurants. Very easy to access room with keypad. Parking was also in a garage with gates. This condo was a straight shot to room pretty much from elevator. They also had beach towels in room (which we didn’t use) and beach chairs (which we did use) that were in back of garage parking spot. There were 3 of us age 58 - 62. We had so much fun in Savannah and on Tybee Island. We hope to come back soon. Thank you Bill for letting us rent your condo.

Perfect beach getaway

I loved this condo! It was the cleanest condo we have ever been in. Location is great it's a short walk from the beach and a restaurant right on that street. It is about 2 streets away from the pier. The only cons we had during our stay was, no laundry detergent (directions ask to start first load but don't provide even a 1 time load). Also there was no shampoo/conditioner. I'm used to not bringing that on my short vacations. I highly recommend this rental!

Close to Beach

Perfect location!! Can’t get any closer to the beach or to restaurants/ shops. Not only was a condo in a perfect location, but it was so comfortable, clean, and spacious for the area! Went on a girls trip with for women and we each have our own bed to sleep in. Washer and dryer was convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for making cocktails before headed off to the beach. There were lots of beach towels to use and beach chairs. Spent one day going to Savannah, which was only about 30 min away. This condo is also a great location to use as a “home-base” for going into the city as well.

Vacation

The room itself was very well kept/clean. The location was nice for accessibility to all of your needs. It was just a busy place all around. Some things to look into would be a hose closer to the room for washing off sand. More TV’s and cable for all the rooms. The water dispenser on the fridge to work. New batteries for the remotes and bulbs to many of the lights. The furnace filter needed changed. Overall it was a good stay, and we had a fun time.

The room was great, the communication could have been better

We were new to VRBO. We arrived at the property, and could not find any direction on how to enter the gate or the room. We only had the room access number. We eventually figured it out after a couple frantic calls to Bill, who never called us back. The room was great. However, the master bedroom bed was very unstable, and moved easily. The location was beautiful though.

Location, Location, Location. We loved the gated complex and the fact that the unit has a nice ocean - side view without all the noise that sometimes comes with beach front living. We spent the last year, converting this large condo to our kick-back beach cottage -- "Shore Enough"! From the soothing beach decor to wainscoting throughout, you'll feel like you've truly gotten away from it all....because you have!
