Cute Beach Charm

House was clean, easy to find & convenient to walk to the beach or drive to restaurants. We enjoyed the new HVAC, the house stayed nice and cool the whole time. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we made there. The following that I say is not coming as a bad review!! Just coming from someone who lived in & fixed up an older home: the bathroom doors stick, sometimes badly. The king bed could use a topper & pillows could use replacing. We enjoyed staying in the house and it was everything we needed it to be. The owner was friendly & kind. We would stay here again.

Loved the location- an easy walk a few blocks from public beach access. The house is well stocked but it could use a good deep cleaning, and the AC needs repair as it does not cool the house during the day.

Great beach house, but hot

We had a great trip. This house was great for us except the air conditioning really couldn't keep up with the heat...even after the rain. We would love stay here again if the air conditioning was updated.

First time at Tybee

Small cute cottage. Was very comfortable and convenient place. Quick walk to the beach. House needs some work but was just right for us and our family beach vacation. Was great to be able to have our pets with us as well and let them run in the fenced back yard.
