About this property

Juju's Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. Our family settled here in 1951. The farmhouse was built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

We have three exterior security cameras, one that faces the front yard, one that faces the side yard by the back door and one that faces the dock by the pond.

Wonderful stay! As soon as you pull into the driveway you are hit with an incredible view of the pond. As you drive back to the house it gets better. It was super quiet and peaceful.We loved the screened in porch and the fire pit. The home was super comfortable and we really liked the coffee bar in the kitchen. If we had a question, Matt answered very quickly. It was great having Publix nearby.We hope to stay again soon at Juju’s pond house.

my wife and i had a wonderful stay. great comunication, as we arrived very late and had no promlems getting in. the house was clean and comfortable. it has been updated nicely without loising the charm. as a contractor i am parcial to the old houses. the views where awsome! we also enjoyed a fire in the fire pit overlooking the lake. did some fishin, no luck, and brought my binoculars.thank you very much for a wonderfull stay. 10-10 we will absolutly stay again.

My 12 year old says it was awesome sauce. The 15 yr old loved it as well. Plenty of room inside and out for the 3 of us. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable property. Most of our time was spent outside kayaking, paddle boating, and fishing. Would love to stay again

We loved this property. It felt like staying at grandmas. Very private and secluded. We enjoyed being able to explore the property and use the paddle boat in the pond. Would definitely stay here again if in the area, just wish it slept more so we could share such a beautiful place with family.
