Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels in the bathtub and master sink. If there are any biohazards (blood, etc) please address them before checking out. Additional fees will apply for extra cleaning, stains, or damage.
- If you used the Pack 'n Play please leave it clean and open.
- We are not responsible for lost items. While we'll do our best to return anything left behind, we make no guarantees. Any costs for shipping or delivery will be your responsibility.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking or vaping of any kind will incur a $350 fee No visitors without host approval. Breaking rules may cause early termination without any refund
No parties or events. Violations will result in cancellation of reservation without refund. 2 Outdoor Security cameras facing driveway/front entrance.

The property owners were the best! The property had everything we needed. Marisol made an extra effort to make sue we would have everything we needed to bake Christmas cookies and such as we were there during Christmas. We were very comfortable in this lovely home for 4 months. When there was an issue they were right there to fix and accommodate any request. It is very handy to shopping and antique stores. Plenty of room for guest over Christmas. We loved the swing on the porch.Thank you again Marisol and Chris!

Fantastic House and Host

My son and 2 roommates stayed here for 4 weeks for ACOM anatomy boot camp before starting medical school. The house was immaculate and in a great location. Marisol was an amazing host and really looked out for these young men. We couldn’t have been happier!
